1990's tube TV and VCR. Worn out furniture and beds uncomfortable. You hear every footstep in unit above. Large with nice floor plan. Washer and dryer. No hot tub. Two grills on wrong side of building with no shade. Can see ocean but not beach.

The condos on the 3rd and 4th floors are owned by individuals. Many of them rent them out, often through management companies like Starkey Properties. The condos on the 1st and 2nd floors (which don't have much of a view) appear to be owned by Dune Crest. I don't know who owns Dune Crest.
