This Hilton Garden Inn location in Tyler, TX was a very nice hotel. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and offers complimentary bottled water for HHoners members. I am typically use another brand when traveling on business but after experiencing the Hilton Garden Inn I may give Hilton another try!

I stay here a few times a year and it's a clean, nice hotel to stay. Location is good with many restaurants and places to shop close by. Fitness center is nice but not open 24 hours, which is my only complaint. Not sure why this can't be changed. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Have stayed here several times and never written a review; always excellent service, clean rooms, and comfortable accommodations. Can always expect a good night's rest, and the staff is always attentive and helpful in any way requested.

As a road warrior, I stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties, and this Hilton property is one of the best run in all of my travels! This trip was for my husband's business, so I used some of my Hilton points to book a room, and the team/staff treated us no differently than if we had paid for our room....

Great place to stay. The brand is always the same (Great). People are friendly, rooms are great, service to top shelf. It's nice to have consistency in lodging when traveling be it for business or leisure.

I used to enjoy this hotel on area visits. The bed seemed old, all the pillows were soft so no choice. Breakfast used to be a good one now its mediocre at best. It used to be you ordered the egg portion and served yourself for the bacon, sausage etc. Now two paper thing strips of bacon is it
