Do not stay here. I'd never been to Tyler and was looking for something cheap. It was cheap okay, in my 72 years I've never experienced bed bugs and dirt like this place had. Didn't even have hot water and I didn't sleep a wink. Had I known my way around, I'd have made a mad dash of Lindale,Tx and... More

I checked in from out of town working a 12 hour shift out of Dallas, the maid can nor speak English, her kids come to work with her very unprofessional, she either puts them in a dirty room or they go in to rooms with her to clean. The kids left food stains on my personal comforter, when I told... More

I stayed at this hotel my first week in town on a job. I worked 12 hour shifts and had to come home every night to a cold shower after working in snow, sleet, and rain everyday. I asked the manager to fix the water in my shower and he only gave me excuses why he couldn't when a coworker... More

This would probably be a good place to stay if its a one night stay, but for extended stays i dont recommend it! The rooms are nice house keeping does a excellent job but there bothersome, I swear the only words one of them KNOWs is "clean towels?" And she will ask you everytime you leave your room. Front desk... More

Gentleman at the desk processed by reservation. Not much personality. However, when I called from the room, his wife did let me know how to access WiFi. But, it was sporadic! Room was relatively clean, however there were dust balls in the corners of the wall. The bedding was cleanly laundered, but the bed was rock hard making it very... More

I was driving to Louisiana for work and spent the night here. I cruised the highways looking for an older place, gave up and settled on this. It's now a Travel Inn. It was completely average, probably built in the '70s, no charm but decently maintained. It wasn't expensive, and there were some fast food places within a mile or... More

I stayed the the Ecno Lodge. The staff is friendy, however that does not make up for the poor, conditions. I reported a sink that was leaking water at 9:00 AM on Thurday. When I got back at 8:00PM nothing was fixed. I found out when I used the sink and water started flowing out on to the floor. I... More
