We enjoy B&Bs for their uniqueness and Brazos B&B is the example. It is like an idealic farm environment without the work and mess. Beautiful lawns, a relaxing fire pit seating area with the chickens for a background soundscape. As strange as it may sound, there is a quality about it that assures you mentally, you are as far from...

Nestled back off Highway 105, near the historic Washington-on-the-Brazos state park, Brazos B & B is a quaint, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Treehouse room is the only room offered at this property. Diane, the owner/operator, lives on site and makes every effort to make a stay here feel like being a pampered house...

We had reservations canceled twice due to no cleaning person. Sad part is you were telling us the room needs to be ready for other guest and that was rude too. If you have the opening on the calendar then it is no fault of the guest. So twice you had opening on your calendar and you have been very...

I regret that you had a frustrating experience in trying to book a reservation at our little B & B. When booking on-line, it can be confusing because you might think that you have just made a reservation. If you will notice on our on-line booking site, it repeatedly says "Reservation REQUEST". When you submit your request, even if the...

My wife and I staged a last-minute anniversary escape, and enjoyed a couple of nights at Brazos B&B. Our first impressions held through our stay: it's a lovely, perfect little retreat. As other reviewers said, the hosts are gracious and as helpful as can be. The Treehouse is very nicely laid out — a little cluttered, but everything that's in...

Generally, our group of traveling friends goes for the upscale large accommodations (that is, IF anything UPSCALE is available at the moment) in whatever area we choose to travel in or towards. Having said that, we also do not ignore the little gems like the Brazos Bed & Breakfast. We were passing through, great little towns along the way in...

Love this little place out in the country near Brenham, TX! Diane (the owner) pays attention to the smallest of details, and her "treehouse" is delightful with the large trees and bird feeders! Deer are also seen as you drive in and out of the property! Nice romantic getaway for hubby & I's anniversary! She made it very memorable and...

I stayed in the Treetop Suite for 6 nights on a business trip. I travel at least twice a month for business and pleasure, and avoid chain hotels when possible. Most of my experiences have been positive, but this stay was exceptional. I cannot recall a more attentive and caring innkeeper! Diane truly does everything in her power to make...

My wife found this B&B and she did a wonderful job. They are located about 19 miles east of Brenham, but we found it to be a good location to visiting several towns in the area, as well as 8 wineries on the Bluebonnet Wine Trail. Diane is a very personable host ...attentive to any possible need you may have...

My husband returned from Iraq, and we needed to get away. This B&B was the perfect place. Diane is a wonderful hostess. Everything was perfect. The food was heavenly. The room was enormous, quaint, quiet, romantic, everything we needed to reconnect. It is one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed. I would highly recommend it to anyone and...

We were extremely pleased with this B&B. Diane pays attention to every detail and is very accommodating to her guests. We recommend Brazos B&B and would stay there again if we needed a room in the area.

“There are only two rooms, so we highly recommend this for a couple, an extended family or two close families. We stayed in the Tree Top room, smaller but not cramped, with a nice view of the grounds form the deck. The lower room is larger and has a fireplace ...there is free wi-fi, for looking online for local places to eat &/or visit.”
