The renovations were well under way back in July, so I would imagine that they are pretty much finished by now. The bed bug issue was not ideal, but may have just been that we were unfortunate with the mattress we had.

The location was great for Brice Canyon but it is in the middle of nowhere and so everything needs to be driven to.
Have a great holiday.
If you're desperate for lodging, I'd say 2 nights is tolerable. It's not the worst place in the entire world, but if you have the chance to go to a different hotel I'd move if it were me. Fosters is clean and that's about it.
