There was no one to check us in when we arrived. Rented a one bedroom condo. When we arrived the unit was filthy disgusting. There were food crumbs all over the living room, kitchen, and patio and even on the bed. The stove top, oven, dishwasher, dishes in cabinets were dirty and covered with food residue. We complained and got...

Stayed at Harbor Village in Garden City, UT in a one BR, one bath condo through BearLakeLodging.com. While the furnitures were dated, they were clean, in good repair and comfortable. The condo was also very conveniently located and well stocked. For winter visits, the condo had a fireplace. For summer, the air-conditioning worked wonderfully. The rental unit included cable TV...

Nothing can adequately describe how sub-standard this place is so I'll just hit the bullet points. This was our experience in the off-season (March). I can only imagine how bad it would be in summer. * No cell reception (I guess that's common in certain areas around the lake) * The room was clean -- that's the best I can...

This was a cozy and warm condo to walk into on a cold winter day, but we could not turn down the heat to sleep better. There was no elevator to take luggage up to the second floor. The gas fireplace in our room didn't work. The shower spit out such a tiny amount of hot water that your feet...

Nice, but pretty average. It seemed pretty old, but it was clean. We were in a 2 bedroom/2 story condo. There was plenty of space. The furniture was old and the beds were very squeaky. In one room there was a twin bed with a pullout and a bunk bed. When anyone in either bed moved at all at night...

When I arrived at the location, no one was there to assist. I called the realtor who posted the rental and she was about 1.5 miles away. I paid in $140+ range for 1 night. There was no complementary coffee/tea, the soap was "Ken & Barbie" size, the screen door was out on one side, the t.v. in living room...

Our family stayed in a cabin at Harbor Village resort and loved it. The view of the lake was spectacular and the nearby access to the mountains was great. There were many activies such as horseback riding, boat and seadoo rentals, and biking. The beach was the best. Harbor village is definately a fun place to rent a cabin for...

Beautiful area!!! I was suprised to read a review about the Harbor Village Resort that was negative! Then I looked at the date it was written. 2004. The resort has taken on new management since then and has obviously been much improved. The Restaurant is wonderful, and the service was great. We had no problems with our room and would...

My husband and I showed up at the resort with reservations to find a note on the door to call for keys; With no cell phone service in the area We had to find a phone to call and then wait outside for the caretaker/deskperson to arrive. When we went to our room that was costing $150 per night we...

“We didn't realize that we had to check in at a different location and then drive to the condo. Not a big deal, but make sure you do this before going so that you don't waste any time. We walked to the pool, but it was pretty far. We also couldn't find any restrooms next to the pool which was inconvenient while swimming with kids.”
