We have stayed at South Forty RV Park several times since 2010. Each time Jim and Terri have been wonderful hosts. Their facilities are clean. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this park!

I stayed here and had a problem with the power. Touch metal on the trailer and would get a little shock. Told the owners and they said it was my RV and their power is perfect. I spend an entire day checking out my RV and find nothing wrong. So I picked up a tester and connected to their power...

We made our reservations over 2 months early. Sadly we had to make numerous changes to our itinerary. Terri was always pleasant and in our case, extremely accommodating. We stayed over a week and loved every day. Jim is the trail expert and can advise you based on your preferences, difficulty, distance, time, etc. The views, RV Park, trail information,...

We called on our way, told Terri we wouldn't get there til about 10pm, she said she would wait up and meet us with the quad and lead us to our space. She was waiting and took us right to our pull thru space. South 40 RV park is perfect for riding out to the Piute trail. Clean, even a...

We arrived in the middle of March before they had opened for the season. They officially open April 1st. The owners were super friendly and accomodating. Sites are long enough for a large 5th wheel if you disconnect. There is lots of room to park your truck beside your rig. Sites are gravel and have been renovated with new fencing...

Prior to booking I was told that they had great WIFI and that they did not have cable TV, however our RV Digital TV could get 50+ channels when scanning with an antenna. However upon arrival...I was only able to get 1-2 channels with my antenna reception. In addition when I asked for the WIFI password...I was told that their...

Great wide-open spaces located on the Pauite ATV trail. Great views of the mountains. I do not have an RV at this time but if I did I would stay at this place if needed. Have had barbecue at the pavilion on this property with karaoke and beer. Marysvale has a lot of very nice people who run cabins and...

You can ride your ATV's from town to town. We will definitely be back. You just can't run out of trails to ride...

The sites are spacious and the campground has a view that is breathtaking in every direction. They have a nice clean restroom with showers and a great laundry facility.
