From the moment I arrived (thank you, Troy) to the evening excursions to the concierge lounge (thank you, Rosana) and everywhere in between, with every encounter, needing help with skis, shuttles, directions, everyone was a pleasure...I will come back soon. THANK YOU!

Nice friendly staff - great atmosphere. Rooms were very nice and the lobby was comfy with a family feel. Having the Aloha ski rental at hotel was great - the convenience was amazing. Shuttle service to the slopes worked out perfectly. I do hope during busier times

I would have given this a 5, but I had to listen to what sounded like elephants above us for 4 nights straight. Not sure if there was a zoo in town or if it was just poor insulation. Aside from that we really enjoyed the evening s'mores, but get there early because they

Full disclosure I am a long time member of Marriott. We made reservations for our stay months in advance and having not been at the hotel before honestly didn't know what to expect. Upon check in we were very happy with the smiles and general attitude of all the staff from the

Hotel staff were all great. The room, not so much. I heard every conversation in adjacent rooms and hallway. The mattress was super firm and not up to the usual Marriott standard. The hotel needs to spend some money updating.

Do the rooms have blow driers and robes?
Greetings Beth T - All of our guest rooms have hair dryers, robes and slippers are available upon request. Is there anything else we can assist with before your arrival?

I think so, but I'd call the desk if this will be an issue for you. They weren't terribly accomodating for us.

Great question kdickert! We have free ski storage through our bell stand / ski valet for all of your equipment. Boards, skis, poles, helmets - we even have a warming station that we can secure your ski / board boots and gloves overnight. Anything better than a pair of warm+dry boots to start your ski day?

Greetings Steve W - We are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk via the "Rail Trail" from Main Street Park City. The Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) is about the same distance. The city's public transport is used a lot during Summer but you will find the crowds not as impactful due to the lack of skiers and equipment. If you have any other questions feel free to call the main hotel number and ask for the Operations Manager - I would be delighted to take your call.

How do you get from major airport to the hotel with skis?
Greetings djjt14 - A shuttle service such as All Resorts Transportation or Canyons Transportation would be recommended as a shared ride. However if you prefer a private transport the hotel can help arrange a service for you - the cost would be closer to $120. If you are interested please call the main hotel phone number and ask for help with transportation via a private ride - we would be delighted to assist.

"Choose a top floor unless you have kids and want to be close to pool & game room...lowest level is best for the kiddo amenities."
"Corner rooms seem a bit more quiet"
"The outside rooms are quieter as there is a pool area in the center of the hotel that can have some noise from the pool area."
"Get a room on the top floor so you don't have to deal with the rooms above and hearing the occupants walk around above you."
"Avoid Interior facing and second floor rooms due to pool noise and lobby foot traffic."
