promised free breakfast but never delivered so that cost us buying breakfasts plus no night time cookies and chocolate for grandkids as promised so that disappointed them also For the $400 per night, they should have delivered on the breakfast for the 5 of us They just said" discontinued"

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the change this year with regards to the free breakfast that has been offered in years past. We have certainly made every effort to make sure travel websites have updated our listings on their respective sites to reflect the changes that we implemented with the renovation of the hotel and the addition of a...

Staff was accommodating. Cafe is too small in morning to accommodate volume. But they worked hard. Room not renovated yet. Needs better beds. Lobby was well laid out to hang by fire or just sit and relax. Son said hot tub pool and sauna were great.

Thank you for sharing your observations. We'll be opening the restaurant to breakfast service in the future which will alleviate the crowding. The balance of room renovations will be completed this summer, which include fabulous new Serta beds. Please consider Peaks when your travels bring you back to Park City.

We stayed here for an overnight as our timeshare week started the following day. The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has a cozy lobby. The indoor/outdoor pool is very nice, and there is a hot tub inside and outside. The value for the room was also a great "selling" point. There is a free shuttle service. However,...

The hotel was recently remodeled so most of the place was pretty nice. The pool/hot tub area was really cool. The indoor hot tub's jets weren't working, however. Everything in the room was good. No complaints there. The only thing missing was breakfast. The bar/restaurant had some really good pizza at night though. We went during Presidents Day weekend so...

If your looking for a value hotel, Park City Peaks is a good hotel, rooms were clean, no children running up and down hallways, the staff was friendly and the hotel shuttle was convenient if you do not want to drive. Bus stop right out front that takes skiers/snowboarders to surrounding slopes.

Overall our experience was good but some of the new changes to the hotel seem like a step backward. The removal of the sports bar/restaurant on the third floor was not received very well by the members of our group and the cookie lady at 5pm was also missed by all. The lack of an available cooked breakfast at the...

Great hotel for a great price. Less than a two mile walk into town, shuttle pick at hotel and the hotel private shuttle was great. Nice indoor outdoor pool and spa. Great fitness room and a nice little restaurant onsite. Coffee/ breakfast bar was convenient but a little pricey. Room was clean and had a frig but was a little...

my recent stay at Peaks was very enjoyable. this was my first time to Park City for a ski vacation. ALL of the front desk staff were all very friendly and always helpful. One gentleman Alejandro "Alex" was extremely friendly and always willing to answer any questions about the area, and drive us in courtesy van when available. Alejandro took...

This hotel was one of the least expensive in the park city area. A newly renovated hotel with an awesome in door out door pool that has a 22 person outside hot tub. They also have a sauna and a steam room. The room was clean and quite. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative I can...

We stayed in one of the newer rooms and felt it was a good value for the money. They are still going through teething pains and some construction but overall there were no issues. The staff was very outgoing and the proximity to the mountain was nice.
