We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Cliff Lodge. Our room had a hilarious view of the bunny hill which provided hours of watching kids splat and run over their parents. We loved the amenities, humidifier, modified mini-kitchen etc. The one area for a little improvement would be the comforter, it was scratchy and brought the whole vibe of the... More

Every year when we purchase our season ski passes we get vouchers from Snowbird giving us a free night in the Cliff Lodge to be used before the end of November. We usually schedule our nights with the idea of perhaps getting in some early season skiing and Thanksgiving dinner. Skiing was not available do to lack of snow, but... More

If you go to Snowbird and want true ski in/ski out access, the Cliff is the place for you. They are undergoing a renovation now, but it really wasn't a problem and our room was freshly remodeled and delightful with nice carpeting and very comfortable beds. The bathroom floors have a nice linen tile and the shower /tub is freshly... More

I stayed at the lodge while my husband attended a conference. We were in the older section of the hotel but it was clean. I could sit on the balcony, read a book and enjoy the fabulous views. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate. I was most impressed by the friendly and helpful attitude of every... More

I've been going to snowbird/Alta for almost twenty years- the skiing is the best, but the hotels were always dumps! However, the cliff lodge recently underwent renovations and the room was great. I'm not sure if the halls and main areas will undergo renovations next (we visited in feb.2016, soon after the first renovated rooms were unveiled) , but the... More

I was in a studio for 2 unit with a 4 person hot tub on the balcony. Unit was clean and had all the items needed for a weeks stay. My unit had a full kitchen. There is ongoing renovations all over the resort. It should be quite nice when finished. I have no complaints about the resort or my... More

We booked through RCI, and had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent, the staff was courteous, and the food at the resort was delicious. There is so much to do in the Wasatch range that we couldn't possibly explore the whole area in a week. This was one of the best resorts we have stayed at, and will definitely... More

Always love my trips to Utah. And my favorite place is Snowbird. My favorite hotel is the Cliff Lodge. Its right at the base of the hill. Heated outdoor pool is just heaven, especially when it is snowing. Also doesn't hurt to have a college buddy from Vermont, working as the head chef! Just wonderful place to stay in the... More

We come up to Snowbird every year with friends for Oktoberfest and stay in the Cliff Lodge. We got a suite and it was very nice. Just the right size for our group to hang out. Nicely furnished and decorated. I do have to say though that the new carpet they are putting in downstairs is awful. It literally makes... More

My wife and I were at the Resort late August of this year as a guest of a timeshare owner. We opted to upgrade our room at the suggestion of the person checking us in, to incorporate 2 rooms to gain space and comfort, since we hadn't realized the one we originally booked had only a pull out couch. While... More
