We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. The very edge of town, on the highway 12, beautiful view of the red cliffs across open pastures. Nice grassy yard, porches (shared) front and back (so not bothered by highway...More
Stayed at the cabins for a recent trip to Utah. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Great value and great location make this the perfect spot to stay while exploring Bryce Canyon and the surrounding areas. I will definitely be back.

Our room was in a duplex cabin. I don't know if any of the cabins have just one room. We were in no way bothered by having any occupants next door. There are separate entrances of course, but the back porch runs the width of the building, although each individual room has its own porch area. I simply don't know anything about what a "standard room" is.
