One thing that strikes you wen you get out of the car is the quiet, and the freshness of the air. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good value for the money. I stayed outside of ski season, so I can't comment on the facilities or ski runs. Important note: while there are coffe machines in... More

Stayed Columbus Day weekend. Rooms are old, outdated, tube tv, bathroom had moldy shower and cracked plaster. Our room smelled like wet dog and we opened the window but there was no screen. Pool not open, deli ill stocked. Common area had dead flies and moths. This is not a resort. This a run down isolated place that has great... More

Travis and Amber were awesome! They worked from 6am until past midnight on the weekend to take care of our conference and even individually served people with special restrictions. The hotel itself is a simple ski lodge (it's a place to sleep after hiking or skiing). The walls are a little thin but its not bad. The food was excellent... More

Much has already been written about the Inn at Bolton Valley being a little worn down, and in need of a facelift. But, so what? If you want an upscale hotel stay 20 minutes away in Burlington. The reason why the Inn is so popular is due to its' proximity to the slopes. I could throw a snowball from my... More

I hate to give it a poor rating, but I simply cannot overlook that lack of attention given to the accommodations. The lodge felt less like a lodge and more like a VERY rural motel 6. The skiing was fantastic, the lessons I got were great, and overall I had a good trip. But the beds and general lack of... More

After reading reviews online I was skeptical about staying at Bolton Valley Resort Lodge. What a pleasant surprise! The 2-bedroom unit that we stayed in was recently redone. The unit was everything you could home for. It was spacious enough that we (4 adults and 3 children) never felt cramped. The kitchen was modern, fully stocked and perfect for making... More

our group of 4 families (eight kids 4-14) sent the weekend there and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The mountain was great skiing, the rental and ski lessons were also great. My daughter rented a snowboard to try it out and i think the board was brand new. The kids loved the pool and... More

I feel like this place was a nice place to stay for our snowboarding vacation. I don't think we paid too much. The lifts were closed most of the time we were there because of the wind but we did get a little snowboarding in. The food was all pretty good. Breakfast had a few choices to eat. Staff was... More

Our kids & Grandkids gathered at BV for Martin Luther King Week-end. Our condo, a DAE timeshare exchange, was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable and had great views of both the ski area and the Adirondacks - when it wasn't snowing! In addition to downhill, we also found time to snowshoe, swim and enjoy the hot tub and sauna. After the... More

This is an older, tired looking resort BUT the value for the dollar is excellent and the mountain is just right for a family, especially with young children and teens. it is easy to regroup. When all the trails are open, its an absolute gem, especially the glades. The lifts are slow and wind can be a factor at times... More
