This is a great hotel, on the waterfront and within easy access to the restaurants, bike path and theaters etc.The staff are exceptional, friendly efficient and attentive. The food is terrific and well presented at the restaurant and they have excellent Jazz on Friday and Saturday nights in a great open bar restaurant area. I would definitely go back.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff was polite and helpful during our stay. Hotel parking was somewhat inconvenient due to limited underground spaces in the very dark garage under the hotel. Access to an adjoining garage was available however.

My wife and i spent a long weekend at the courtyard, we used marriott reward points. The hotel is centrally located to church st scene and the lake. many things to do around the hotel. I would highly suggest a dinner at L'Amante. the special ribeye for 2 can feed an army!!!

This is a pleasant, well run hotel in downtown Burlington, with easy walking access to both Church Street and the waterfront. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the staff very friendly. There's also a small indoor pool and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Burlington.

This was a last minute substitute. First we like to stay where our entertainment is. We had chosen the Sheraton (due to hotel points) and decided that shuttles and walking weren't going to cut it for us. Furthermore, the Sheraton had been getting hammered in reviews. So we swallowed hard, paid a whole lot more, and moved Downtown to the...

Hotel is very well maintained and rooms were in great shape. Hotel is walking distance to the lake as well as the pedetrian mall. If you are looking for a good hotel in Burlington, I would definitely recommend this one.

I don't usually review chain hotels since the brand typically defines the experience...but this one stood out. Pleasant and predictable as far as the physical aspects, the location and the helpful friendly staff are what earned my five stars. This seemingly newer Courtyard property offered us a big bright room on a high floor with a partial view of Lake...

Our room was ready before check-in which is always nice, and we were able to reserve a suite, which was well laid out with the bathroom accessible from the main room and bedroom. Our 2 children slept on a pull out couch in the small but comfortable living room. The room had everything you would expect from a Marriott, along...

First visit to Burlington and this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Plenty of towels and pillows. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years while visiting schools. It's a very nice hotel: consistently good service, well kept decent sized rooms, modern but comfortably designed decor, very clean (very very important to me!). We've eaten at the restaurant and while food is good, the descriptions aren't always that great. My daughter is vegetarian and...
