Friendly and gracious hosts with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. Delicious home made breakfast. Will be staying again. We came for the rodeo in town, which also offers trail rides during the day. Plenty of nice places to eat in town as well.

My husband and I came for my son's wedding at Lake Bomoseen. We stayed at the Manor for a week. It was our first stay at a B & B. WE Loved It. Nancy and Ralph are very gracious hosts, Would highly recommend the Applewood Manor.

The home and grounds were well cared for. It is clear that Nancy and Ralph are proud of their home and business. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Our room slept three comfortably. The breakfast was amazing. We will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely B&B. I booked rooms off the internet to be close to some attractions we wanted to visit in the area. This was a getaway for 3 women and we booked the smaller rooms (Suzanne's Room and Delia's Room) in the older section of the house (built in the 1700s) which were...

My husband and I came for a family reunion at Lake Bomoseen and stayed at the Applewood Manor. This was our first experience at a B&B and we loved it! Wonderful place and a fabulous experience! The breakfast was excellent! Very close to Rutland and Killington Mt.

This 3rd trip was a Perfect Summer Vacation. Ralph and Nancy make you feel at home and we enjoyed the pool tremendously this year! Relaxing and lounging around. I have got to say I truly miss the Eggs Benedict! We spent 6 nights at Applewood Manor and will return again. We never want to leave, Ralph and Nancy make you...

We had a wonderful three days at the inn! Nancy and Ralph are great hosts. Very personable and made us feel very welcome. The inn is gorgeous, full of antiques and unique items. We had Sarah's Room. Ground floor, with an en suite bathroom, very comfy pillow top queen bed with super luxurious linens. Beautifully decorated. Loved the breakfast cooked...

This was the first time my husband and I have stayed in a B&B and I fear that future visits in other B&Bs will disappoint because this experience was such a good one. The well-decorated home is from the 18th-century giving the feeling you are in a different time and place. The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfasts were attractively...

What a great time spent at the Applewood Manor. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and at first we were a bit skeptical to even try it. Turned out to be the best decision. Nancy and Ralph were such nice people, the B&B is so comfortable and relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer....
