The Stone Boat is a lovely & charming b&b with very nice and helpful hosts. We had the cutest cottage. It was clear that great care was taken choosing everything in each room. Nice common space and they served a big lovely breakfast. The star was the garden...WOW. They have 50 acres but the immediate grounds are gorgeous! A pond... More

We booked last minute and our hosts were friendly and more than accommodated our schedule around a difficult weather scenario. We arrived late and found our room clean and ready for us. The room was nicely decorated and comfortably held the 4 of us. The downside was the rather old and tiny bath room and the fact that the rooms... More

An absolutely delightful B&B, with individual self-contained units. The owners have 47 acres with trails behind their property, a brook running thought the property and seating areas near the brook and a pond it forms. They also have three pet alpacas who come running when you approach their enclosure and 10 or so pet Muscovy ducks.

In July 2014 we had the pleasure to attend a function at Stone Boat Farm B&B. We have visited many different bed and breakfasts over the years and never received the exceptional hospitality that was afforded at Stone Boat Farm. The hosts, Joe and Jeff were outstanding. We could not have been treated better. The rooms, the gardens, the entire... More

Recently, we had the opportunity to attend a wedding at Stone Boat Farm. It was truly a remarkable experience. Joe and Jeff, our hosts, were absolutely amazing in demonstrating their hospitality. Quaint country rooms, a delightful breakfast, and property that reminds one of an English country garden...with some llamas thrown in for good measure. This B&B is obviously a labor... More

This beautiful B&B was recommended to us by friends in Vermont. Our stay there far exceeded our expectations. We held our wedding there on the grounds, which created a magical atmosphere. The owners (Joe and Jeffery) attended to every detail, to make sure our experience was over the top. If you are ever in Vermont, make this one of your... More

Joseph and Jeffrey were very hospitable and made the stay very cozy and comfortable. A lot of detail and thought put into decorating the room. The room is cute and charming. The breakfast was also great.

The property is gorgeous, the breakfast scrumptious, the bed comfortable and the hosts are committed to making the stay a pleasant one. Joseph and Jeffrey have turned this into a terrific place to stay. It is not the typical B and B, but more private and the appointments in all the rooms are homey and clean.

If you are looking for a fabulous stay in Vermont, this is the place. The guest rooms ... Not only extremely clean but beautifully decorated ... gorgeous (and comfy) bed linens ... crisp clean towels ... the attention to detail is incredible here (there were fresh cut flowers in our bathroom!). Listening to the babbling brook as we woke up... More
