Nice people (from check-in to check-out) , nice facility (lobby, pools, sauna, hot tubs, slopes, snow coaster) , nice rooms (studio), nice dining choices (on site and nearby), great underground parking (a surprise), super nice instructors for the children (snowboarding), all made this three day mini vacation a wonderful experience for the three generations of our family.

the cleanliness of the units is great. Very spacious, comfortable. hot tubs great except lights on soom kept going out. outdoor pool a little cool compared to previous years. Rooms could have had a small fridge and microwave, otherwise excellent.

Arrived to our room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Food, dirty beds and towels everywhere. With two young kids that needed to nap this was not ideal. Cannot believe they didn't check our room before giving us the keys. I expected much better service for this price point.

I went to Vermont for the first time and stayed at Jackson Gore Inn because it is so convenient and in a great location. We had a loft room with a queen bed and a pull out couch. We also had two air mattress because we were in 6. The room was small for that many people but since we...

We stayed Thursday thru Sunday. The resort is very nice and very convenient for skiing. There are two restaurants on site which were good, pricey but good quality. There are cafeteria style foods as well which were very good, however that area closes at 4:00pm which was disappointing. If you wanted to eat somewhere other than the two restaurants or...

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 6 year old twins. We arrived in the evening to find out that I had accidentally booked the wrong room. - totally my fault. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They quickly found us a new room and got it cleaned so we could get our children settled....

The Jackson Gore Inn is super convenient - the inn - under one roof - has 1) very nice rooms, 2) inside/outside hot tubs, 3) very nice restaurant, 4) lobby lounge bar and fire place, ski school, day care center, ski rentals and lift ticket sales. The inn is on the new side of Okemo mountain and is self-contained. The...

After booking online and reading the reviews, my expectations were quite high. What a disappointment! Room's are far from sound proof and smaller than any hotel I've ever stayed in in NYC. You can barely move around the beds. There are virtually no amenities in the room besides a coffee pot for one cup. There are no refrigerators which is...

A large hotel built for the winter sports, our room faced the end of the piste and the start of the ski lift cable car (not in use). The hotel is divided in sections and bridge connected on the upper floors - can be quite a walk from reception. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable, the bathroom accommodates both...

We love the Ludlow area and decided to spend a night at this hotel--our first stay. A very imposing building in the mountains with great views. Our check-in was fast and simple and Elizabeth made us feel like family. Our room was very large with a great view of the mountains. Skiing had yet to start so the hotel was...
