Thanksgiving dinner in a warm and friendly New England inn was a perfect way to celebrate an American tradition! A roaring fire greets guests and happy voices confirm we made the right choice for enjoying a night enroute to visit family in Waitsfield, VT. While the food was mediocre, the ambiance was wonderful. The brew pub was lively and multiple...

There were 4 of us and we stayed in two rooms. Both rooms looked to be newly renovated. They were beautiful with large bathrooms, fireplaces and large TVs. We would definitely stay here again. It is minutes from the King Arthur Cooking School.

While attending a four-day pastry class at the nearby King Arthur Flour Baking School, my wife and I stayed at The Norwich Inn. What a positive experience from start to finish! The woman who booked our reservation by phone could not have been more helpful and pleasant, which made us feel special as guests before we even arrived. Upon arrival,...

This is a wonderful charming Inn. We loved our stay here...the people are so warm and helpful. We sat on the front porch with coffee in the morning and rocked in the wonderful chairs...so peaceful. Had a beer in the bar each evening...it's just like you are family there. We also ate in the restaurant one evening. The food and...

Stayed in the back rooms with our dog. Yes, you pay a little, but you get a lot more. We were at the end of a paddling trip, tired sweaty and yucky. The showers are so spacious water so nice, beds so comfortable. Just what we needed. It's not quite as expensive as other Luxury hotels, but possibly More luxurious.

Both of us love restored historic inns, and the Norwich Innis a fine one. The room was comfortable and reasonably large - not cramped. The walk in shower was also nice and roomy, but the highlight was a real gas fireplace, which we put to good use. We ate dinner in Woodstock and Hamnover, but the breakfasts at the Inn...

This Hotel is one of the friendliness, quaint, caring home from home places I have stayed at. Definitely will visit again, sad when I had to leave. I was here for a week long Bread Baking Course at King Arthur Flour. So many p,aces to visit and eat close by too.

This was the latest of several stays at Norwich Inn. The old section is cozy and personal, the new retains the feel of tradition in more contemporary setting. Friendly service and excellent restaurant complete the package, and Norwich is a terrific setting all by itself.

From heated towel racks, complementary fresh morning coffee and home made muffins, to the most comfortable rocking chairs that ever rocked a huge front porch, you'll love staying at the Norwich Inn. With a general store next door that your great grandparents may have shopped in, it's close to everything you'll ever need or want as well as the King...

I enjoyed staying at the Norwich Inn so much! It was charming and everyone who worked there was so nice. I stayed in a newer addition and the room was perfect...the bed was comfortable, the linens were great quality, the bathroom was perfect. I'd happily stay there again!
