My niece and I enjoyed our time at Liberty Hill so very much. So much beauty! This is a must for all children and adults to understand the impact of agriculture on our lives! We loved every aspect of our trip especially learning from Beth and Bob! A piece of heaven in Vermont.

Beth provided wonderful meals, where guests enjoyed learning about the working dairy farm, Cabot Creamery (a co-op that produces delicious cheese, etc.), and the area. We enjoyed each other's company while eating large, delicious home-cooked meals.
