Excellent stay, our best in multiple stops in New England. Tony is a very bright, kind host and his mother is a sweetheart. We felt like we were staying with friends and family. Beautiful house, quiet location, central to many of the best small villages and best fall foliage.

I have stayed at the Cobble House Inn four times so that should testify to its excellence! The location is great because any place in VT can be toured from the Cobble in a day. Tony and his mother, Frances, have mastered innkeeping to the highest perfection. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. If a musician stays at the Cobble,...

I've stayed at many Inns and B&Bs and this was definitely the most eccentric. The owner's were nice and it was clean. Our bathroom wasn't completed, there was no cover over one of our oval windows so the sun shone on us like a spotlight and breakfast was the most unusual with them showing us knitted afghans and telling us...

The Cobble House Inn has become our home away from home. Our son attended Vermont Law and when it was time for graduation we knew that we Frances and Tony would be our answer. We rented out the entire Inn and had our entire family stay so that we could celebrate together. We were able to utilize the Inn's great...

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the lovely Cobble House Inn. Tony and his Mother, Frances, were very welcoming and accommodating, from cooking a homemade breakfast each morning to answering any questions we had. The B&B was cozy and homey, while having modern amenities such as the in-room bathrooms. We definitely recommend the Cobble House Inn to anyone looking...

This is about as far removed from an anonymous chain hotel as it is possible to get! If you don't like "quirky" then don't go - but if you do like something different, this is a great place. It's well off the beaten track, but not too difficult to find and the welcome on arrival is splendid. Frances (who had...

The Cobble House Inn is charming and homey. It is a Civil War-era house that is very well maintained with excellent modern amenities, yet harkens back to a simpler time. The setting is a beautiful hollow in the Vermont hills, near the White River. The innkeepers, Tony and Frances, are very affable and make one feel welcome. We'd love to...

The house is warm and inviting, but the heart and soul of the place definitely belong to Tony and France's. They work hard to accommodate everyone and make sure you are comfortable in every way. We loved it and would visit again in a heartbeat!

A warm welcome and an amazing room with real character and period style and features. The owner was enthusiastic about the history of the house. Breakfast was a delight with a family atmosphere around the large dining table. Just 4 rooms here and everyone very friendly. Just wish we had booked more than one night. Would definitely recommend and stay...

Just came back from a weekend getaway in Vermont. This B &B was in a perfect location for our bike ride around town. Lovely scenic views and most importantly the inn keeper Tony was delightful. He gave us great tips on seeing the sights and breakfast was amazing. The price was reasonable. We are planning to stay here again during...
