My boyfriend and I booked our stay to celebrate our anniversary. We are young (I'm still in school) and were looking for something nice but affordable. We stayed in the Spruce room, which we knew was tiny. When we got there, we couldn't have been happier! Our room was indeed tiny, but so cozy and warm - it was exactly...

This was our first time in Vermont and we chose this hotel based mostly on its reviews. I have to say that our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Tom & Susan truly make you feel welcome and a part of the family. When we checked in, we met Tom and was as friendly as could be and informed...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband during our trip to New England. We enjoyed the informal atmosphere especially chatting to other guests during the lovely breakfasts served by Tom. We also loved the big but cosy living room available to us as well as the den downstairs, the suffle board game was fun to play. However we found...

During our recent trip to New England for the autumnal colour we were lucky enough to spend 2 nights at the Timberholm Inn. We were exceptionally well looked after by Tom & Susan with fantastic breakfasts, with lots of room to relax, chill out and take in the wonderful surroundings, even a hot tub if that's your bag! If you're...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Willow Room, which was quite spacious and very comfortable. The Timberholm is super charming and extremely cozy. Built in 1949, this fantastic B&B, delivers an authentic Vermont mountain lodge experience. The location 5 min from the village of Stowe, up in the hills, is very scenic and peaceful. We booked in peak leaf-viewing season, and the room was one of our last options in Stowe. I was reluctant about it, while my partner thought the online photos were charming. We arrived in Vermont just as the front desk was closing, but Tom was very kind and showed us to our gorgeous room. We booked the Aspen -- which...

I don't quite know how we managed to find and book this wonderful place but we are so glad we did. Our overnight stay here was one of the highlights of our vacation. We booked for one night, extended our car hire and stayed for three. A terrific location for sight-seeing in Vermont, we loved Stowe, the Inn and Tom's breakfasts. Our room was very comfortable, the sitting room an unexpected bonus and with a second bedroom, whilst it is small it would be ideal for a young family. Everything was spotless and...

Our stay at the Timberholm was perfect in every way. Warm and cozy atmosphere in a beautiful location. Meeting many nice couples from all over the country and world. Sophie (their golden retriever) was a gracious host along with Tom and Susan. Tom's breakfast was so delicious. We really didn't want to leave and have hopes to return someday.

Loved the stay. Great location, well priced, and very cozy. I imagine a winter stay here would be awesome, but ours was in the summer. Nevertheless we had a great time.
