This motel is older it has a musty smell and is a bit run down. Bathroom does not have a sink. The sink is located next the the bed (little strange). It was also freezing! We stayed the first week of October it was 39 degrees outside and not heat inside.
The room was very small but clean. We didn't realize we would have to WALK up a flight of narrow stairs. We're senior citizens with leg problems. We should have gotten a downstairs room. Nice dining room and continental breakfast.
The name "vintage" suits it well. The motel is certainly not fancy, and the furniture is eclectic, but everything is extremely clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and will do everything they can to make their guests happy. We originally had a second floor room…
I stayed four nights, and wish it could have been more. The warm, friendly owner, Riaz, shared his fascinating story. He showed a personal interest in all his guests, making us feel like family, and took pride in caring for his unique place, inside and out. Large grassy field…
the motel was friendly and clean, there was a great little path/stroll/hike nearby and the town was quaint and cozy with delicious restaurant choices. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and I loved our tub.
"Don't sleep upstairs....rooms too small."
"Our room only had a shower, but some rooms have tubs. Don't take the second floor one-bed room unless you are by yourself."
"Ground floor room in back has great view"
"Some slight noise/lights from road on front row--I slept well, but rooms in back would be quieter."
"We like the first floor best."
