We have made quite a number of road trips in the USA staying at Inns and B & Bs wherever possible. Snapdragon Inn in Windsor Vermont proved one of the nicest places to spend a couple of days in a lovely building and very pleasant rooms. Nate and his staff were very charming and helpful and breakfast was laid out...

Our visit to the Snapdragon Inn in Windsor VT. was one of the best week end get aways I have had. I can't say enough good things about EVERY aspect of the establishment. From the very helpful and friendly owners, to the immaculate rooms. Every little extra touch had been adressed in each room, and the Continental breakfast was just...

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at the Snapdragon Inn. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing! The bed was fantastic and the room and washroom were nice and clean and I enjoyed the L'Occitane toiletries. However, I didn't love the breakfast, which is ONLY sugar! There is no cook at the inn, but I would have enjoyed more...

Just returned from a lovely weekend at the Snapdragon Inn. Wish we could have stayed for a week. When we arrived a little early and were greeted by Nate, there was no problem getting into our room upon arrival. The room was huge and very nicely decorated and immaculately clean!! Really enjoyed talking with Nate(owner) and hearing the history of...

Everything you see on their website is true...not one ounce of false advertising. Rooms are beautiful and comfy, spa service rivaled big city spas, staff gracious. The owner even hand wrote a thank you note. Not much going on in Windsor but close enough to other areas it was no big deal. Definitely recommend this place!

We were very satisfied on all aspect of this B&B. We walk the little village, went to Harpoon brewery, Simon Pearce glass factory, and St-Gaudens. Had dinner at Simon Pearce Restaurant (The Mill on the GPS). Then we drove to Woodstock, a very nice village, and then to Montpellier to end our historical tour of Vermont from our location in...

We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped inside to find modernly decorated and outfitted rooms including free, fast wi-fi, heated floors, and flat screen televisions. These conveniences, coupled with the historic building and charming surrounds made this a great spot for our two night stay. The service from Nate, the innkeeper, was excellent with genuine concern that we were having...

Encouraged by a groupon offer to try the Snapdragon Inn we had a lovely get-away at this B&B and were captivated by Windsor County. The Inn itself is lovely and charming, beautifully furnished and situated on grounds in which you can take a stroll to Paradise Park and enjoy a wonderful time on their swing hanging from a tree. The rooms...

The inn is beautiful, and the rooms are well decorated. There are great touches, like a heated floor in the bathroom, old fashioned tub, stall shower - all with an historic flair, yet with modern conveniences. The rooms all vary somewhat. Quality toiletries are available, as are comfortable pillow-top beds. The bed may be too soft for someone who prefers...

We spent three nights with our three children 10, 9 and 6, in two rooms. From the time of arrival to the last return -- to pick up forgotten items (and remit forgotten keys) -- exemplary service, courteous, unobtrusive, elegant. The inn is understated luxury itself, with sparse but carefully chosen everything: furniture, books, antique objects, DVD's, breakfast items. Nothing...
