My mom and grandmother recently stayed 1 night during their visit to Berryville. Rachel was very accommodating and they were very pleased with their stay. The 3 of us had breakfast and it was excellent! I would highly recommend Waypoint House for anyone coming to Berryville!

If you're visiting the northern Shenandoah Valley for wineries, hiking, cycling, historical attractions or just passing through, you will find exceptionally nice accommodations at Waypoint House, for a reasonable price. Everything you expect from a bed and breakfast -- except heirlooms and other worthless clutter! -- you'll find here in abundance: comfort, cleanliness, quiet, local information, delicious breakfasts, homemade sweet...

We stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary. Not your average historic inn. Very modern with a small town charm. Inn keepers were friendly, without being overbearing. Room was immaculate and breakfast was to die for. Centrally located with access to many fine wineries. Beautiful setting and a short walk to restaurants. Good hikes and mt. Biking within 30 minutes....

My cousin and I had a lovely one night stay while we attended the Watermelon Park music festival. Rachel made us feel welcome immediately and gave us the tour. Rooms are lovely and not fussy or "cute" like some B&Bs. Bed was super comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious--berry smoothie, homemade banana bread, scrambled eggs...

Rachel and Jonathan were wonderful hosts! The house was a beautifully updated, very cozy, wonderful old home away from home! Breakfast both mornings was delicious! This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast. If they're all like this, we'll never hotel again. We will visit Berryville again, just to stay at the Waypoint House!

The B&B maintains historical charm while providing every modern convenience. Our breakfast was cooked to perfection with the finest and freshest ingredients from the local farmer's market. The Inn is located on a quiet residential street in...

Rachael was a warm and friendly hostess and chef, and with her husband Jonathan they keep a meticulously clean, modern, beautiful, comfortable and well-kept B&B. We enjoyed a royal arrival with our names on the welcome board outside and freshly made brownies in our room. Guests have use of the architecturally modern and comfortable living room and the dining room,...

We had a wonderful overnight stay while traveling back to our home. The Inn is lovely and Rachel keeps it meticulous - that alone is worth 5 stars! She is super welcoming and made us feel at home. Brownies and homemade dog biscuits for our dog was an especially nice touch. The backyard gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed a...
