The best way to sum this review up is that this hotel is worn and seen better days. There is nothing major wrong with it, but it does not belong at the level of the typical Courtyard I have stayed at. The positives, the front desk service and Bistro service were excellent.

Given an unmade room (no housekeeping at of 9:30 pm), changed our room with key cards that did not work in the NEW room, broken carafe with coffee pot. Dirty carpet, very worn & out of date bathroom. When staying at Marriott properties we are accustomed to much nicer
