A work in progress but a very enjoyable feeling of home away from home. The new owner, Ms Priscilla Palumbo, reopened the historic Inn last year after moving to VA from California. She arrived with more than three trucks of antiques she and her father had been collecting since she was a little girl. Unless you're going to stay 3-4...

First I must say that Priscilla is a wonderful person and has an interesting history and love of antiques. The inn is full of antiques, which are all very interesting. But be prepared that this house is literally crammed with furniture and objects. I was a bit taken aback, and a little worried about the hazard, but it worked for...

I stayed at The Virginia Home Inn with my daughter (10 months), parents, and mother-in-law. We were in town to visit extended family (meeting the baby), so Priscilla kindly arranged to host meals at the Inn and we enjoyed using the sitting room and other lovely areas for socializing. The Inn is clean and FULL of historic and interesting antiques....

We booked the inn for our son's wedding. William and Edward Lewis made it our home for 5 wonderful days. The rooms were very comfortable (GREAT mattresses!), the ambience (wonderfully renovated and modernized 1920s-era boarding house full of antiques) elegant, the hosts and staff warm and friendly, and the food incomparable. My son's comment: "I've never had a 5-course breakfast...

It had great rooms and each was so well decorated. It was truly an experience that was incredible. My sister, Darlene did a great job choosing this place...

I am a former resident of Henry County, I was thrilled to have recently celebrated my birthday at the newly renovated Virginia Home! The Lewis's are very professional and work hard to make sure every detail is perfection. Thank you for making my day so special!!

I recently spent my second visit at the Virginia Home Inn. You cannot ask for more hospitable hosts than William and Edward. Every meal is a wonderful experience. The breakfasts are especially delicious. The rooms are attractive and very comfortable/ If you are traveling anywhere in the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay without exception. This is...

We were recently treated to an upscale dining experience that my family rented out for a birthday party for 14 of us. The owners were so welcoming and went out of their way to cater to any request we had. Not once did our very friendly host appear bothered by our questions about the home's history or the lavish antiques....

We wanted to do something special for Mom on Mother's Day, so we decided to try a small banquet at this historic and recently renovated B&B. We invited some of her best friends to share it with and made the plans with William & Edward Lewis, the innkeepers. They had all of the best ideas to make this an occasion...
