The Hummingbird Inn is nestled in Goshen near Lexington and is a great stop along the way. The historic inn has lots of quiet spots to relax and reflect...along the creek, on the veranda overlooking the hills, and in the gardens. The train runs closeby and brings a romantic flair. Wifi is available, yet spotty - best to keep off...

A perfect rural Bed and Breakfast close by for visiting Staunton, Lexington and Natural Bridge Va. The innkeepers were wonderful, making everyone feel at home. Food was great and the historic house was beautiful and clean. A nice place to get away.

We had a fantastic stay here. Sandra and Jeff, the new owners since June, were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. We were in the Allegheny room, which was extremely comfortable, well-decorated, and definitely charming. We loved the whirlpool tub, which was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Sandra's breakfasts were delicious (banana and cream Nutella wrapped crepes, southwestern quiche, and ricotta pancakes,...

Only one night in the Eleanor room was plenty to say that this inn is so comfy and relaxing. This inn is clean and charming, a delicious breakfast and lots of other guest to talk with at breakfast time. The new owners are doing a great job of rolling out their welcome mat. We hope to visit again and stay...

There is only one way to describe the Hummingbird Inn and that word is PERFECT. We spent a beautiful weekend at this quaint little bed and breakfast in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. The Inn is very well kept compared to others we've seen. Dan and Patty are truly wonderful Inn keepers. The renovated bedrooms, living room, sun room...

We stayed 2 nights at the Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was spotless clean and they even allowed us to change rooms the second night because we liked the bigger room and it was vacant. Sandra and Jeff are great hosts, especially considering they are new at running a B&B, and a lot of fun. We sat by the...

We spent 2 nights at the Inn. For our first night, we ordered the Antipasto platter, which is specially prepared by the Innkeepers. It was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed this on the veranda, facing the babbling brook, along with a bottle of Rockbridge white wine. Breakfasts both mornings were unique, and original. Everything was fresh and tasted so good....

Our stay was relaxing and wonderful! Our room was very clean and well appointed with nice linens, a cozy sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Our favorite area of the property was the porch beside the babbling brook. The hot breakfast is gourmet and more than enough to fill you up. The Inn...

This has to be one of our favorite B&B experiences yet! From the time I called to make the reservation till the time we left, Sandra's hospitality was the best.
