I did not feel safe here. The room was not as clean as it should have been. My cards did not open the door and I had to get them redone. The front desk people were ok but could have been nicer.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 November 2016

I did not read very carefully that we booked a smoking room, but the awesome staff was able to switch us to a non-smoking room for the same rate. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. Location was easy to drive to the football stadium and to meet up with family and friends.

Had to call for tissues and coffee on arrival. Then when I went to take a shower there was a moldy shower curtain and somebody's used washcloth hanging in the shower. When I went to make coffee somebody's old coffee filter was in there with coffee burnt on the bottom of the pot never cleaned. The sheets are as thin...

Got a wonderful rate so I'm happy about that! After driving all day, I just wanted to relax. Was told on check in that I was getting a recently renovated room except for furniture which hadn't arrived. This wasn't a problem. However, there was no switchplate on the electrical socket near sink. Definitely a hazard! For recently renovated, the bathtub...

We had reservations with this hotel but when getting there they were doing renovations which if I knew this I would not of made the reservations. After checking sheets on the beds one looked like it had blood, and there was a brown spot not sure what that was. Another bed look like it had pubic hair. Also the mattress...

I called the Ramada in Harrisonburg, VA, a few weeks ago to book a room. I called the hotel directly, but now in retrospect I realize I was redirected to the national call center when I said I wanted to make a reservation. I first asked about the pet policy because they change and I never go by what the...
