Are there comfy chairs in all the rooms?
there was a chair, but couldn’t confirm comfort; there is a sitting room/sunroom that had some seating as well as a common area with some seating.

Are there TV's in the rooms?
Not in the Edward Suite - and I doubt there are in the other rooms, but you could call to ask. We found it relaxing to be away from the tv for a few nights!

There are two beer brewers with brew pubs, and a distillery in Sperryville, a very good art gallery, Andrew Haley, in Sperryville and two decent ones in Little Washington. Of course the wineries - Linden is the best and its close. Depending on the weather, there's Shenandoah Park for hiking.
