Stayed in the self catering cottage. Roomy, comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a beautifully peaceful spot - what more could one want? Perfect location for visiting the many scenic spots in the Llyn peninsula. Truly excellent.
We’ve stayed here a number of times both in the b+b rooms and the self catering cottage. Both are fabulous. Emma provides an excellent breakfast and the accommodation is clean, comfortable and very stylish. Everything has been thought of and nothing is too much trouble. We are expat locals so are familiar with the area but if you’re not then Emma is spot on with advice. It’s located perfectly to explore Llyn and Eifionnydd.
Just returned from a 3 night stay in one of the 3 bed and breakfast rooms at Hendre Barns and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and of a high standard with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, served in the main house, was delicious with choice of full cooked or lighter options together with cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, toast tea or coffee. All served by the friendly owner, Emma. The accommodation is in an ideal spot for exploring the Llyn peninsular and Emma had a good knowledge of the area, suggesting walks, places to visit and local restaurants nearby. We hope to visit the area again and will look to stay at Hendre Barns - definitely recommend this place.
We have just spent 5 days in a B&B room called Abersoch at Hendre Barns. The accommodation was perfect, spotlessly clean in a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful setting. The room was equipped with everything you need and more ! The hospitality tray re-filled every day. The mini fridge was an added bonus as were the robes .Emma is truly a super host, she made us feel so welcome from the delicious breakfasts every morning to her expertise knowledge of places to visit and explore. We had a wonderful time there. Thank you Emma so much.
What a great base for exploring the lovely Llyn peninsular! Emma is a super-friendly and helpful hostess, her huge cooked breakfasts were delicious and our room was spotless and had everything we could ever need. The farm is in a really beautiful setting too - we loved to sit out on the benches with a cuppa and watch the sheepdogs bring the distant flocks in at sunset. A fantastic stay.
