The place is very traditional and it’s a great building. There is car park, but not secure. I will not return as the cleanliness was lacking, in my opinion. You will see hair on a photo, but I will spare the photos of small hair similar to... pubes. The state of the towels was horrendous - even budget hotels can do better. I know the country cannot be compared to the U.K. or Europe in general, but it just didn’t feel right. The room was spacious though, but I was glad to only be staying for one night. Breakfast was extremely poor for me, it might suit others.
We stay 2 days here. Great quiet place with pleasant garden. Best service and care. Good Breakfast buffet for only 50 diram. Big spacely rooms, good matresses, daily light in the rooms, good bathrooms with all working. Heating and AC available.
Kasbah Asmaa is a hotel located in Midelt, a town on road to go to Merzouga Desert from Fez, in Morocco. It is a hotel with Kasbah Style, it really seems a palace. The entrance and restaurant is very beautiful, really it seems a palace. In fact, we had dinner here a vegetables soup and a tagine of chicken and fruit, and all was very good. We also breakfast the next day here, but in the buffet there are not a lot of things, because we arrived at 9 o'clock. The room was very big, and it has 2 bathrooms, perfect for us. However, it needs a bit restoration, because it seems old. So, the place was very goodd, but it is possible to improve it. I will repeat!
The hotel is very quaint with a large pool (pity it was winter!) and reasonable bedrooms/bathroom (plugs would be useful for the baths!). Food was quite good with some great entertainment and nice log fires given the place was quite freezing.
Our group had lunch at the Restaurant at this hotel. We had fresh trout - some of the best we've, and we're used to Rainbow Trout fresh from the waters of Colorado! A thoroughly delightful lunch, and wonderfully friendly and attentive service. The town was having its annual Apple Festival outside, so there was lots of lively action. A memorable afternoon!
