As a family of four (kids 12 and 10), we spent 4 nights here in November 2016. Room was comfortable and the hotel is well maintained. The location is fantastic and quiet in the evenings. Staff were also good. Our shower did not always have hot water and internet was spotty, even in the lobby. But the pool was great....

My friend and I had a very nice stay at Casa Del Consulado. We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the room and the service overall. The room was large with a ton of space and cleaned well daily. The bathroom had a window that opened up to the terrace to allow light in. The shower was...

Stayed here four nights last month and it was a great experience. So easy to walk to restaurants, clubs, shopping from this location. The restaurant/bar on site is very good and English is spoken. I would recommend this hotel/restaurant for anyone visiting Granada.

The hotel is a beautiful colonial building. The hotel is clean and well kept. Our room was large and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very centrally located just a couple minutes walk to the main square.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We are staying here right noted and are bitterly disappointed. After several nights in the jungle we wanted some comfort and were prepared to pay for it. We are paying about 150 dollars pear night for a family room, which is an immense amount of money in Nicaragua. When we arrived hot and sweaty...

Dear Sir, I met with our staff to know the details of your stay and consider all your suggestions to improve our services. After the meeting I am able to answer your review. - All hotels check-in are made at the arrival. Paying online when booking will reduce the time for check-in considerably. - We didn't make any mistake when...

Stayed for 2 nights in January 2016. Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Granada. Short walk to the main strip. Hotel is very small and quiet which is nice. Great service and good breakfast served in the morning. Small pool was nice to cool off after touring around for the day.

I stay here with my family every time we visit Granada. The location and the rooms are perfect for our needs although it would be nice to have a refrigerator in our room. We are within walking distance of the plaza and enjoy the easy access. Many restaurants are close as well so once you are here and parked you...

Hello, Thank you very much for your opinion about Hotel Casa del Consulado, we really apreciate it! We are so sorry for the inconvenience about our wifi service. Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. Wanted a place with a/c that was convenient to all that central Granada offers. This hotel fit the bill, so we were excited to give it a try. All in all, I'd say we were pleased. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, the a/c a nice respite from the heat....

Thanks for your review! We really appreciate it! We are very sorry for the inconvenience about the shower. After your checkout we fixed totally the water problem, since it was coming from the water pipe to that room. Swimming pool has a "flexible" schedule. We won't bother clients at 10pm sharp to leave the swimming pool, but give 15 minutes...

This first thing I will say about this hotel is there is NOTHING American about it. This place is old, charming and filled with history. The room was clean, the staff was amazing and I have absolutely nothing to say about this hotel that is not over the top great. The view from the terrace, by our door, was one...
