Great week: good food, good company, fantastic chalet staff. All been said before, really! Especially liked the way Dave found some powder (well a bit tracked, but not bad) and the port after dinner! Warm, comfortable, well fed: what else can I say?

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Ski Miquel's Tannenburg Hotel. The food was excellent and it was good to have chalet wine from Austria! The staff were all excellent and friendly. A special thanks to Dave the resort manger for his ski guiding for the week and excellent choice of restaurants on the...

Great week with Ski Miguel! Chalet very comfortable, clean and friendly! Everyone working there Dave, Josh, Harry, Alex, Grant and Ally were all fantastic hosts. Food was excellent and Grant ensured there was something different every night! They all added to the best week's skiing in an unspoilt Austrian town! Thank you all, regards Andy

If you've read the review from bcict2 there's not much more to be said. The Tannenburg is close to bars (and restaurants for the staff's day off). We were advised to use the ski depot near the main gondola to store our skis and boots. Although the walk from the Tannenburg to the lift is only about 5 minutes the...

Just back from a great skiing holiday with Ski Miquel. We have used this company before and it provides a good service. Food is very good (3 course meal) and not far short of restaurant standard most nights. This Chalet has a reasonable sized boot room and ski locker and a small cosy bar. The building is old but very...

Those who have skied with Ski Miquel know exactly how the formula works in all their resorts. For me, it's all about the companionship, quality of ski-guiding, helpfulness of staff and, frankly, inspired chioce of resorts which come as close to a snow guarantee on uncrowded slopes as it's possible to get. Bad Gastein is a resort little-frequented by the...

This is a lovely chalet with great views down the valley as it is perched on the hill in the centre of Bad Gastein. The resort is well connected with some lovely skiing across multiple valleys. Had a great bad when we skied with the guides all the day before the finish the day in the bottom valley and catch-ing...

We've recently returned from a great ski trip to Bad Gastein staying at the Tallenburg. We were a party of 16 and for some of us this was our eighth holiday with Ski Miquel, so we knew what to expect, and were not disappointed. Bad Gastein is a great resort for Intermediate skiers and we had lovely snow conditions. The...

Just come back from an excellent week in the Tannenburg, Carol and George were both very willing and knowledgeable hosts and got on well with our large party. The town of Badgastein is rather fragmented in terms of shops, restaurants and apres-ski bars and has an unusual austere atmosphere of former grandeur. The Silver Bullet bar 100 metres away is...

We had a great week at the end of Feb 2016. Carol and George were great fun and well organised to ski with, and managed lots of different levels of ability. The chalet is well positioned, warm, comfortable, and inviting. Thanks you Grant for great food, especially the birthday cake with fireworks, beyond call of duty. Cheese and port especially...
