There is a good reason why I haven't been able to find a single negative review about this place. The rooms, the staff, and the location are all brilliant. When we arrived, we received a tour of the facilities and great advice on things to do in the area. The manager will come round at breakfast in the mornings as... More

We stayed for 6 nights at St. Leonhard. The location is perfect near the train station with short distance to lifts and restaurants. The host was very friendly, giving good hiking tips during breakfast ( that was good) every morning. The room was decent with a nice balcony and great views. Great value for the money. You get better and... More

We have booked a room in this pension based on its very good ratings. Although, I’m skeptic by nature, in case of St. Leonhard it was absolutely unnecessary. Room was clean and spacious, parking place in the front of building, view from the balcony magnificent, choice of food for the breakfast was appropriate. Food was fresh and local…. I could... More

Usually I am pretty lazy so just by making this review this should say a lot about our holiday at Pension St. Leonhard. Just perfect from every point of view. The host (Mr. Sigi) is one of the friendliest people I have ever met in Austria, and definitely one of the friendliest pension/hotel owners. Always with a big smile on... More

Great family run guesthouse. The host is amazing and really makes you feel right at home. Always immaculately clean with a great sauna, breakfast with homemade bread and daily snow reports delivered to your breakfast table! Close to skiing action!

We spent three nights in this lovely place. First I have to say that Sigi, the owner, was a perfect host. He really kept care that everything was fine. Our purpose was hiking in Bad Gastein and Sigi gave us every morning good tips where to go! The room was clean and there was a balcony with wonderfull view. Breakfast... More

We spent a week here during the ski season and were so impressed. The pension is very close to the ski lifts and the town centre (50m from the big spa). The owner Sigi was superb. He made us all feel very welcome and was excellent on ski advice and also restaurants and things to do. The rooms were spacious,... More

If you want to go skiing and enjoy the Bad Gastein village - this is your choice. St. Leonhard is like a hotel without a restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable. Ski lifts are 5 mins away from the door step. Spa next door. Parking space for cars. And a bonus. Sigi - the owner, is a very helpful guy.
