We had a 2 night stay with Marleen & Dave. The accommodation was superb and the breakfast excellent. They are lovely people, excellent hosts and guided us to good places to visit and where to eat in the evening. We will certainly return and have recommended them to our friends. A truly excellent b and b. The most comfortable bed ever under wonderfully laundered sheets. A huge bathroom with everything thought of, even down to a mat for the shower floor to save those "ice skating" times you have in so many establishments. The breakfast was excellent with fresh local produce. Marleen and Dave were excellent hosts with a wealth...

We spent two nights at De Windhoek Bed and Breakfast in November and what a gem! We were made extremely welcome and were shown to our room which was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in and the bed linen crisp and...

We stayed here because our travelling companions were long-time friends of the owners Marleen and Dave. Everything about this place is more than excellent. The welcome and settling in process were both so warm. Our room was perfectly clean with crisply laundered sheets and so much relaxing space it was like being in a luxury hotel. Breakfast is a sumptuous...

It was even better now that we were here for the third time in 6 months! The hosts cannot do enough for the guests and the...

This B+B was a very nice surprise! Very hospitable hosts, A spacious, nicely decorated room, very good breakfast and above all: a fantastic sleep! The beds are of an outstanding quality; the street is very quiet, no noise of lorries, dogs, tractors whatsoever... The B+B is at approx. 10 km from the coast and approx. 30 km from Ypres, 40...
