I had a great week here, so lucky that it snowed a lot. Wooden structure of Le Chalet is so pretty buried in snow. This is not one those giant, concrete Club Meds. It is small, personal, relaxed, friendly place. Food is excellent. Young manager is always on top of things and try make guests pleased. Two young cute GOs...

After looking at some reviews I was a bit worried about this club med. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. We had the option to go into an English speaking class and the tuition from Ann was very professional and helpful. Our accommodation was very comfortable with one of the largest rooms and double balcony...

Disappointed!! We are from Brazil and have been to many club meds before: trancoso, itaparica, rio das pedras, punta cana, cancun, columbus islands, and other villages to ski: val d isere, peisey vallandry, val thorens, and i can assure that this is the worst club med village of all! It is not worth the money at all!!! We were expecting...

I was a little apprehensive ahead of our stay at Le Chalet in February 2015. Many of the reviews were mediocre and the resort seemed to be in need of renovation. I had been to Meribel before, and really enjoyed the skiing, but I had never done a Club Med in the past. My concerns proved to be misplaced. All...

We stayed here with two small kids for skiing. The location is excellent, you ski in from just below Rodos mid-station pretty much straight in to the boot room. Our two rooms were pretty spacious for a ski hotel. Ski lockers were well organised and had boot ventilator things in each locker. Food - overall very good. A couple of...

We have been sick with gastric during two days during our stay there. During the time we were sick, many diffrent people who weren't regular cleaners came in our room to clean our bathroom, and others came to bring us some healthy food as we could not eat anything from the restaurant. On the second day we were sick —...

I do not know what to start with....First advantages- great localisation, perfect base for skiing in 3 Vallais, ski on- ski off option, nice architecture. But the overall impression very bad because of a disrespect for my needs. I am vegetarian, France is a country where people from all around the world pilgrim to get culinary education as culinary tradition...

We clearly booked the wrong hotel without realising it........ Having been to Club Med Val D'Isere and Chamonix several times we presumed Meribel would be an International experience with many nationalities from around the world. Le Chalet has a very French speaking clientele and on arrival we were informed that the ski groups would be in French. We were definitely...
