What a load of rubbish. No toilet block open. No water pressure to fill water tank. Very noisy. Ok out of season February but for 25 euro total rip off. Supposed to be all season site. Sad they have monopoly as nothing else in area. Sad. First night in Ireland.

Stayed here for 2 nights in our motor home and found this place ticked all the boxes. We stayed mainly for the location but were pleasantly surprised by good staff, nice welcome, clean facilities and plenty of space for kids etc. Very reliable bus service to city centre also.

We stayed here overnight so we could catch an early ferry from Dublin. It was easy to find, easy to negotiate around and easy to exit very early the next morning. Staff were friendly, pitches were good and the facilities we used (electric hookup, water, grey waste and the wash up block) worked perfectly well. The only downsides were the...

I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October. The campsite was very easy to find. Really well located and just perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful. There are tons of pitches. All big and spacious. Each had privacy hedges which was very nice. Toilets were big and clean. The only thing I could fault were the...

This is an interesting site - superb in some ways and mediocre in others. That makes it hard to judge, but I would gladly stay again, hence the decent overall score. First the good - the site is huge and nicely laid out. We were in a motorhome, and we're impressed with the pitches. They are large and nicely spaced...

We visited mid August having previously booked that week for 3 days on hard stand. When we arrived we were told we were on grass and I informed them that I had booked a hard stand pitch at which I was told that they sent me an email of this. I was extremely annoyed as the email was sent to...

One of the most nicely laid out sites we've used in 3 years of Motorhoming. Spacious self service pitches and helpful friendly staff. Can't escape the noise of the motorway at all hours, but this is to be expected close to a city. Wifi 'Camac AP', although showing a strong signal, is useless you are in reception. Will visit again...

I hace to day it was okay, facilities are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. But it feels a bit like an army station. So the athmosphere is not very nice. It is very close to the motorway and therefore quite loud. It was the worst campsite we camped on in Ireland, but thats just because we didn't like...

We used Camac Valley for a stop-over at the start and end of a tour of the southern coast of Ireland and it was ideal for that purpose. But, I am sure that it would also be ideal for visiting Dublin city for a couple of days too. Registration at reception (photo 1) was straightforward and there is free Wi-Fi...

Very busy site. We had hard standing on a large, hedged pitch with water and electric. The camping and motor home pitches all seemed very close to each other. Showers cold/tepid 2€ for 6 mins - needed to be quick - no time to shave legs! We complained about the temperature. Expensive site - €28 per night for two people...
