Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in the hotel for a concert in Dublin, experienced an issue with a member of the reception staff to which caused a lot of stress due to not bringing a physical bank card for the security deposit on the room (not mentioned in hotel policy).Elaine was fantastic, helped sort our issue in a kind and friendly manner and was just all around a real asset to making our trip enjoyable after a stressful start. I didn’t catch the other young girls name but she was very helpful aswell. No issues with the room at all, very clean and presentable.

What can I saw ! Been stating in hotels for years and never had to turn around and leave one before I even checked in ! Their policies are a disgrace, On check in I was asked for a Deposit for what I do not know, I have stayed there before and never had to do this, Then as my company holds the credit card the receptionist who by the way was less than helpful wod not take card details and had to physically had to have the card in her pocession before she would allow me to pay this deposit, This is 2023 I have never heard the likes of this before,I actually turned and walked out, I will never be back to this hotel when you can go 5 mins up the road stay in a hotel with a similar rate without the drama and with pleasant staff ! Best advice ! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have attended CPC courses at this hotel for many years, today I was told I have to now pay for car parking and no free teas and coffees as part of the course. This is the first time I had to pay for parking. I will not attend this hotel again for a CPC as I can attend other hotels and get free parking.

We stayed in a family room at the hotel, it was fine me and we were comfortable, it was noisy at night time though with activity on the hall way. We had a carvery meal that was poor and we would be slow to eat there again though we can’t speak for the rest of the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here and bar closed at 11.15. Reception staff said no residents bar and no room service and tires of people complaining when they can't do anything about it. No lounge staff and nobody cleaning up tables

I am working near Dublin on business, I have been staying at this hotel for 6 weeks. The hotel is paid for by others, there is no way I would pay to stay here. The hotel is built right on top of a busy motorway. If you are on that side of the hotel, the traffic noise is horrendous all through the night even with ear plugs!!! For the last 5 weeks I have requested a quiet room. My request falls on deaf ears each week. The staff aren’t the best on reception. Some are quite rude. Around the hotel are various maintenance issues, whilst daily stocking of the tea/coffee facilities in the rooms is often neglected by the maids. We initially stayed in Naas at a much better hotel Lawlors which is similarly priced but a real 5 star. Be warned book this hotel at your own risk if you are a light sleeper.

Stayed in this hotel over the weekend, cannot fault the staff, from the Reception to Bar / Restaurant Staff, they were warm, friendly and obliging. The Restaurant is very cosy although spacious, the menus have a good variety and is tasty with a good selection, quite big portions though. Breakfast has a huge variety and could not complain. The only issues is the car park (free) but very tight to get around. The Leisure Centre is closed which is disappointing for families. There is no air conditioning in bedrooms which makes it quite warm for families, cannot open the window as Motorway adjacent. Overall, would stay again as staff make up for small issues.

We just went as a family to the restaurant as we're staying close by ... carvery is great and on every evening , an enormous plate of food , no frills tasty food .. lots of tradesmen are staying here so I guess portions are more generous to cater for these hard workers ... highly recommended...
