Horrendous - stayed two nights. Bed not made between nights and coffee/milt not replenished,...but really very minor, basic for most hotels though. Room door didn't lock. bathroom floor an accident waiting to happen, tap dripping all night....I could go on BUT..,,more significantly extensive building works a nightmare. Workman literally working on scaffolding outside my third floor room and drilling from...

I stayed here with a few colleagues on business. The hotel from the outside doesn't look great so I wasn't expecting much. The staff at reception were fine. When you go to the rooms however you are shocked. They have obviously put a lot of money into the refurb and it really does look great. The beds are comfy and...

If you're booking this hotel because you think it looks nice don't bother the reception smells of cement dust and everything although under construction will probably get there it's not helping that it's 4.30am I've got a flashing red light going off because the fire alarm went off by accident

Normally a good hotel with good service and friendly staff however at the moment doing a big refurbishment of the reception and a lot of construction adjacent to the hotel. Parking is a mess with few spaces and an unattractive walk to an overflow park. Should have been planned better.
