Our company has just completed a 2 weeks training event at the Aspect Hotel Parkwest. The conference room is spacious with comfortable chairs and air conditioning, day light and a window (door) that can be opened, well looked after by the staff of this venue. I feel hotel manager Andrea is overseeing the hotel in the right spirit, and talented in choosing and leading the staff, which I have found exceptional, always thoughtful and alert and working together as a real team.
Gosia, the event coordiantor, has looked after us very carefully and attentively, starting with the preparations several months before the event until the last day. Reception staff has always been friendly and helpful (especially Alex and Otto). Housekeeping staff (Eduardo and others) always discreet and helpful. Kitchen makes a nice buffet during lunchtime, an excellent breakfast with friendly breakfast chef Arthur. Flexible and helpful in looking after dietary needs (I'm vegan).
The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, I had a junior suite which is only slightly more expensive than a normal room.
All in all I have thoroughly enjoyed carrying out our training event at the Aspect Hotel Park West and look forward to coming back soon.

i've stayed here twice in the last 8 years, it has always been a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Rooms were good in size, clean and functional. We had a couple of issues with key cards working but this was sorted out very quickly and resolved.

The buffet breakfast was well cooked, fresh and had variety. A member of my group is a vegan and she had enough to eat.

The car park is on the left of the building, it gets dark at night however, is very well lit and has CCTV so we felt safe.

It would be useful if you are visiting the business area nearby, but is still only a short drive to access the major routes locally.

The reception and catering staff have been very helpful to us during both our stays. We had a drink at the bar on our second stay, the beer was cold, the wine was tasty and the prices were very reasonable.

The value was good on the times we stayed, if we get a good deal on our next visit in February, we would definately stay again.

Don't be deceived by the outside this is a great little Hotel. Rooms are basic, but with all the facilities you need. The shower was amazing, with great pressure and it was probably one of the best Hotel showers I have had, not like some who have a dribble. The beds were so comfy and I slept like a log. The staff are very friendly and attentive and I have nothing but praise for them. The food was great, and reasonably priced. In the past I have often driven by on my way to a more prominent Hotel, I won't be driving by again the next time I am staying in Dublin.

Booked this hotel for 2 employees recently. From the booking enquiry to the feedback from my staff that stayed, I am extremely impressed with the outstanding and (currently rare in this industry) approach to customer service.

The hotel is ideally placed for transport links into the city. This also makes this hotel a good satellite base for accessing regional areas.

It's a race to the bottom these days with hotels competing on prices, but what edges a hotel forward and makes them more noticeable, is the service . They hit the bell initially, which makes me and my staff happy. Hit the bell twice, I'm curious, hit the bell 3 times and they deserve my loyalty and faith.

The Sales & Marketing manager personally took care of my bookings over 2 weeks and extended every courtesy possible. My staff need to be productive and need to be well rested and well fed to do so. The cleanliness of the rooms have been reported back to me as impeccably clean. The hotel staff are endlessly accommodating and the manager has maintained contact with me owing to fluctuations in amount of nights my staff need to stay.

( I used to be a customer service manager for a premium airline at London Heathrow and I would consider myself spoiled if I had staff like these in my team ).

Making business connections are valuable and enable me to trust a company to cover their end whilst we cover ours. The airlines we use are also chosen solely because of how we are treated, I recommend them when I have the opportunity to.

Now I've found Aspect Park West, I don't only recommend them at this opportunity, I urge you to aim for them when looking for quality corporate accommodation, value for money and impeccable customer service in the Dublin area.

Thank you Niamh.

This hotel is a bit far away from the center but there is a very good bus connection to the center and back. The bus stop is located right next to the main entrance.
Good breakfast! When dining, the staff seemed to have no clue about special diets like gluten-free diet, vegan diet, lactose free diet etc. After all, everything was sorted out! Dinner was huge!! It was sad to throw away so much food but we just could not eat that much. I hope our leftovers were recycled.

There are not even supermarkets near by or really nothing to see. But with a schedule that leaves time for travelling to the center (about 30 to 45 min per way) it is a very good hotel. Really recommending! Budget staying near Dublin!

We stayed at this hotel from Monday to Friday the food was lovely and very fair prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well looked after and rooms cleaned daily. The public transport was fantastic trains took 7 minutes to get to the city centre there is also a bus stop outside the hotel that all run regularly. It isn't in the city centre but it was nice to get out of the very busy centre to a peaceful location. Thanks Dublin for being fantastic and the people for being so welcoming and helpful, we will be back xx

11km from the city centre but for the price it's great. We were at a conference at the city west so only 10mins drive. (it was double the price to stay at the city west but was also last min so only ourselves to blame).
Stayed 4 nights, had one night when we had to call reception at midnight as the room across was loud, it was quickly shut down.
Breakfast was really good, didn't eat lunch or evening as out all day and meeting friends at night.
12 euro in a taxi to a village called Clondalkin where the food and local pubs were excellent.
The hotel phoned a taxi to take us to Dublin, the driver was local and charged us 36 euro (went a few back streets which he claimed were quicker). Got a cab back from a city centre rank, a nice Nigerian driver but is was only 20 euro?
The rooms were what you would expect for the price but very clean and tidy. All the staff were really nice and helpfull.

I chose this hotel mostly for it's location - it's just a 5 minute walk to the office. It is a 3 star hotel and that is what you get. However it is a well maintained and clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is "good-enough" but I don"t recommend eating dinner in the restaurant, the price don't reflect the quality and the taste.

This is a business hotel in a business area so you can't expect it to be scenic (although there is a small field right outside, with lots of rabbits bouncing around), but tourists also stay here as it's often cheaper than city centre hotels. The train from Park West to Heuston takes under ten minutes, but do check the timetable carefully as it can be a bit sporadic.

I'm giving it 3 out of 5 because the food was so dreary and disappointing. There was a token veggie risotto which was absolutely bland and soulless, and the menu on their website is not the same as the one we were given. (Yes, there's pizza, but I'd already eaten pizza three times that week). Dessert was disappointing too. It looks like there's a couple of other restaurants further down in the business park, but they're closed at weekends.

The hotel also seems to have an ongoing issue with key cards not being programmed properly. Ours stopped working after one day, and when we went to get them reactivated it was implied that this problem has been going on for a while.

The hotel on first Impressions is really nice the location is terrible as it’s 52 euros in a taxi from airport plus there are no shops open round the hotel on weekends.most of the staff was friendly enough except a few of Reception staff .asked them for a soft drink in the night as there vending machine didn’t have drinks.and he refused us a drink till 8 o’clock the next morning. Didn’t really want to help with any of the tours around Dublin too .the food in Rueben's cafe bar in the hotel was Ridiculously overpriced ..23 euros for breakfast and it wasn’t even warm plus there’s not much choice on the dinner menu plus room service doesn’t exist in this hotel ...definitely don’t stay here if you what the night life that Dublin as to offer . Wouldn’t stay again

Dear Rickyfaye, Thank you for taking the time to offer us some feedback following your recent stay with us. I am so very sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations. It is concerning to read of this experience as our team is usually described as very friendly and professional and would never hesitate to go the extra mile for our guests. I will discuss your feedback in detail with the relevant teams, again, I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations in this regard. I have noted your feedback about the lack of room service, it's not something we advertise, however, we do offer a dine and collect service for our guest that prefers an in room dining experience and I am so sorry that you did not avail of this during your stay. Our breakfast, when not booked as part of a bed and breakfast package is €11.50 per person but that includes a full selection hot buffet along with waffle station as well as an extensive continental range with bakery, special coffees and tea. We, along with the majority of our guests feel that this represents good value for money, I'm sorry you found this "ridiculously overpriced". We are conveniently located for Park West but Dublin City Centre is now easily accessible via the Park West train station which is just two minutes' walk from the hotel. Offering up to 25 services daily, journey time to Heuston Station is just 12 minutes and from there you can hop on the Luas tram which will whisk you to O'Connell Street in less than eight minutes or you could pick up the aircoach to take you directly to the Airport more cost effectively than a taxi. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel that will take you directly to O'Connell Street and the return stop is also located just outside the hotel entrance, a mere 10 second walk to the front door. I'm sorry that I cannot comment on the taxi fare as I am not familiar with the conditions i.e. times, number of passengers, traffic etc... The average fare from this area to the Airport is approx. €35, if you believe that you were overcharged I would advise you contact the Taxi Regulator, the receipt will contain all the information you need. Once again thank you so much for allowing us some feedback, we really do appreciate your time. With renewed apologies, Regards, Andrea Wallace, General Manager
