We spent a wonderful, relaxing week here. Rossella and Gavin are incredibly attentive, helpful and warm, we felt like we were staying with friends!
The B&B is very quiet, in a rural setting, but still very close to all the important spots, such as the trulli in Alberobello, it's a bit longer to drive to Matera. The Thursday weekly market is wonderful, Rossella also gave us tips on buying olive oil and mozzarella directly in the Masseria. Our dog was also treated very lovingly, as they both have dogs themselves. Communication in English is completely unproblematic if you don't speak Italian. The B&B is very clean and comfortable, especially the garden area is fantastic.
Rossella and Gavin prepare a wonderful breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade cakes and jams, daily changing cold cuts and cheese, and fresh fruit. Since they put everything in the fridge the night before, you are independent of time, which is very nice if you want to sleep in.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, but there are also good restaurants and trattorias nearby. We would definitely recommend the B&B!

———————————————————————————————————————————————————————

The B&B is a lovely place, surrounded by trees and very tranquil. We are perfectly relaxed, also thanks to Rossella and Gavin, who are very hot and always ready to feel their guests' well-being.
The apartment's kitchen is well equipped, everything is very clean and comfortable, the garden is beautiful. Alberobello with its trulli is 2 km away, and nearby it is a sight to behold.
The breakfast is truly delicious, with homemade sweets and jams, freshly squeezed orange juice, various sausages and cheeses and fresh fruit. For us it was a while like going to a friend's house and we hope to return, even though the journey for us was very long. Thank you and welcome!

We stayed for 5 days and it was super! Rossella and Gavin are two wonderful hosts, passionate about their work, available in every eventuality (see when our car battery abandoned us and they went out of their way to help us) and attentive to detail.
The location immersed in the countryside allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility.
We loved the relaxation area in the garden with swimming pool and sun loungers in the shade of old olive trees, a panacea after the days spent visiting the beautiful valley of itria.
The apartment is spacious and bright with a large usable kitchen and a shaded terrace perfect for outdoor dining.
Breakfast is plentiful, both sweet and savory, with homemade products and local products.
There is nothing more to say is just to try!!!

We had a 15 day holiday with our Labrador. Well-kept structure, very large apartment with 2 bathrooms and a large terrace all super clean, relaxation area with hydromassage pool TOP .. hearty breakfast with cold cuts squeezed yogurt cheeses, jams and homemade sweets.
Rossella and Gavin always available and very nice, animal lovers, for our dog we were given dog bed bowls and many cuddles.
Recommendation this property in the middle of olive trees for those who want to take a relaxing holiday and with a great location to visit the beautiful Puglia.

It was the first experience in a trullo and I must say it was really cute ..
This property has remained in its traditional form..very nice, simple and clean
Nothing is missing and the lady is particularly punctual and hospitable ..
Excellent breakfast served in the room with good things made in xasa
Outside the parking lot, lots of plants and many tender affectionate kittens.
Thank you.

What we imagined we would find exceeded our expectations...everything simple and wonderful!
Mrs. Rossella, an excellent hostess, kind and hospitable, recommended some places where we could dine, with an excellent quality-price ratio.
We stayed in the trullo... we practically felt at home! Absolutely nothing is missing!
Everything is there, even what you don't expect.
The genuine breakfast, varies every day, and is a real treat!
The swimming pool: the photos don't do it!!! It's big, unique and not your usual pool! Immersed in the shade of the olive trees and in a pleasant silence.
Some places are wonderful in themselves but if there are wonderful people... they are even more so!
...trullo Casa Rosa 💚

We stayed with Gavin and Rossella in their Trullo for 7 nights in September 2023. They are excellent hosts. The Trullo was immaculate and comfortable and the breakfasts consisting of local bread, fruit, meats and cheeses with yoghurt and home made cakes were lovely. The pool and garden area was just the ticket after a morning's sightseeing to cool off and relax. Well situated for driving to the various places of interest and close to Alberobello town itself. This is our 3rd stay at Trullo Casa Rosa and we will definitely be back.

We left our hearts ❤️ in this place...... I was moved when I left! We stayed for just 3 days in August, together with our chihuahua Chico (who liked the pillow 😁) in the trullo completely at our disposal! Just wonderful! The kitchen is equipped, nothing is missing! what about breakfast? Homemade cakes by Rossella, also gluten free, various products
fresh from the area (martina franca capocollo, mozzarella, cheeses, fresh fruit)! We felt at home and relaxed by the pool, away from the confusion of the city, surrounded by olive trees and the noise of cicadas. The location is also strategic, as it is possible to reach the beautiful locations of the Itria valley and the sea!
We already know we'll be back!
We miss you Rossella and Gavin!
See you soon
Arianna, Severino and chico!

Lovely place, surrounded by greenery, the owners are very kind and helpful people. We stayed in the trullo, a beautiful apartment, attention to detail, as well as being very characteristic. Nothing is missing and you feel at home. Breakfast is superb, sweet and savoury, fresh produce, homemade jams and donuts, fresh fruit and other breakfast items. Breakfast is served in the same apartment, which I found very convenient. I also recommend it for the location, excellent crossroads to reach all the villages of the valley of itria

Rosella and Gavin were incredibly hospitable. She made homemade breakfasts to our special dietary preferences and Gavin drove us to a very friendly local restaurant. For example, just before leaving they talked with us for almost an hour. We hated to go!

A stone's throw from Alberobello, surrounded by olive trees, in the silence and peace of the Apulian countryside, here it appears.
The welcome and helpfulness of Rossella and Gavin were fantastic, both for us and for our labrador Artù. Always ready for any need or request, generous with advice to better choose what to visit in the surrounding area.
And what can we say about the excellent and abundant breakfast (largely sufficient even for a snack at lunch or a snack), with always fresh local products or homemade by Rossella: cured meats and cheeses, cakes, donuts, pastries... And not let's forget the abundant equipment in the kitchen: normal and deca coffee, tea, herbal teas, various cereals and, of course, snacks, bowls and a soft bed for Arthur. It has everything and more.
Furthermore, many small kindnesses that make the difference.
Unfortunately we were only able to stay for 3 days, I think we will have to return, at least to try the swimming pool and hydromassage, this time we preferred to favor visits to the area.
Rossella and Gavin thank you so much ❤️!
Until we meet again!!!
Antonella, Artù and Stefano

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately we never accept guests for less than minimum 3 nights stay. Besides we are fully booked for mid-September. If you would like to re-organize your trip, we strongly suggest to rent a car, as you might be more flexible and self-sufficient going around this awesome area. And trains do not run so regularly in countryside. Best regards
