My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on our wedding aniversary. We had a wonderful time, all clean and tidy everthing worked well including the internet. Buffet breakfast until 12.15, great if you like us like a lie in, in the morning's. We used the restaurant on one of the nights, good food and nice red wine. Would use...

We booked a one nights stay just as a late fathers day treat, its well signposted but do watch the pot holes it will damage your car if you rush, upon arrival its not obvious where the reception is but its up from the carpark. the views are stunning as is the location, the rooms where very quaint and in...

We had a one-night stay in this hotel, and we would certainly recommend it for a short visit. We did NOT experience the dirtiness that was mentioned in one of the other recent reviews, rooms were clean and well maintained (fridge/aircon etc worked well). And of course the caracole/Flintstone shape is fun! They also have four little apartments, which we...

Frigiliana is only a 45 minute drive East of Malaga and Hotel Los Caracoles was perfect for a short overnight stop before continuing with our journey to Granada. The staff were very friendly, our room was basic but clean and tidy. The views were spectacular and the restaurant food and wine selection was ideal. We immediately relaxed and slept soundly....

Horrible and dirty place. If you pass the wonderful views of this hotel you see its just a facade of an hotel that doesn't know how to treat guests at all. Worst parts were the rooms. No lights and broken and unsafe electrical connections. TV, yes but with no proper reception of any channel. Hot, without any airco possibility. As...

I would like to just bring some points to your attention when booking if all you are looking for is a room for the night (or two). This is not a hotel as such. It is a restaurant with a set of quaint 'Hobbit' style chalets built in the gardens. A bit picky I know but when comparing it with...

The view is probably the only reason to rough out a night of uncomfortable sleep. Firstly, we booked through a 3rd party website called glampinghub. It is terrible. They don't release the name or address of the hotel so we didn't know it's on other more reliable booking sites. We ended up paying a bit more due to their fees...

Having visited this hotel previously for a coffee and an early evening drink I thought whilst staying in Frigiliana I would book a room for the night for a surprise for my partner as we were always inquisitive about staying there in one of their pods!! What a disappointment......and certainly not worth the money. We were booked in by a...

Now one thing is to be rustic. The other is is to make it all cheap, not taken care of, and label it rustic. I love camping, but every time I go camping, I know what I am gonna get. This hotel has a beautiful view and that's it. Everything seems to be made to maximize profits. They totally forgot...

This hotel has very special bungalows in igoo style. Big rooms and well decorated. Each bungalow has a little terrace with a wonderful view to the mountains and some of them to the see too. The friendly owner welcomed us whenn we arrived in the evening. The restaurant was closed but we could order some easy tapas. We did and...
