I stayed there with my boyfriend as part of a trip through Andalucia, and we both felt like we're in heaven. We originally planed to stay there for three nights, but finally extended our stay for another night. The location, the host, the room and design of the place - everything was charming. The breakfast was very generous and really...

Stayed for just one night to visit friends in Aguas Amarga. I loved it and will return soon. agreed with all the other posts about great breakfast, service and pool etc. Only complaint was an over amorous couple in the bedroom next door which made it dificult for my wife to sleep. I did not notice myself. Aparently the bedhead...

My boyfriend and I spent 5 nights here in early May as part of a trip around Andalucia. Casa Rural is such a stunning property and so is the location. Our room looked out to Agua Amarga town and had a huge terrace with sun loungers. The breakfast was amazing every day and Rosa was so welcoming & helpful from...

Free covered parking. Owner urged us to stay for the included breakfast but we wanted to leave earlier. She changed the breakfast time to 8 instead of 9 for us. Let us use the big industrial fridges in the kitchen for food and drinks we had. 3 km from town and far enough off the highway there isn't any noise....

We have visited Agua Amarga earlier, but this was our first stay in Casa Rural Cerro La Gorra. The rooms are wonderful and the people are very helpful, We enjoyed breakfast and loved to sit on our terrace and enjoy the view on the hills of Cabo de Gata.

This was the best part of our drive through South west Spain, the hotel was so peaceful, off the beaten track yet just a couple of km from the lovely resort of Agua Amarga. Rosa looked after us very well and was a delightful hostess, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was cool and spaceous and all rooms have...

I have not stayed in many places built and maintained with so much attention to detail as Cerro la Gorra. Rosa, the owner, will go out of her way to make you feel at home. The beautiful, low-rise building has about 9 rooms, not huge but sufficiently ample, all with a private terrace with deck chairs. The beds are incredible,...
