A very pleasant hotel in a serene and picturesque part of Majorca.

The rooms are simple but nice. I stayed in both a "Concierge Suite" (D1) and a "Privilege Suite" (F2), but personally don't think the price difference is worth it: they're identical in all but being able to see the sea through the trees, which is no big deal since you'll spend most of your time down by one of the pools anyway.

Both pools are really great; spacious, uncrowded, heated to the perfect temperature, and offering beautiful but different surroundings. An added benefit as that you can always walk over to the sister hotel Can Simonetta and make use of their facilities as well.

The food is excellent, but my biggest complaint is that the portions are consistently tiny: I always found myself hungry after a meal, and when I tried to order myself room service late one night it was closed.

My fiancé and I stayed here in the suite for 5 nights during our honeymoon and it was PERFECT. Arriving you can tell the hotel is secluded away from towns or people walking around, which I find as a good thing, feels more like a 'getaway'.
The room was a literal dream. Our view faced a private infinity pool and beyond that, the ocean. It was so lovely to wake up every day with the sound of the waves in the background. Inside, the suite consisted of the bedroom, a sitting area, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom. We were obsessed with the 2 rain shower heads (goals). Just the most minimal style which really enhanced the beauty of the outdoors.
We went to the restaurant 3 nights for dinner and each night was so delicious. We recommend the Takaki it literally melts in your mouth! We also split a fish catch of the day which was perfectly cooked, no bones (!), and the flavor was not too fishy. The staff put together a private table on our first night to celebrate our marriage/honeymoon which was a really nice touch.
Which brings me to the last point - the staff here are AMAZING. Everyone is so attentive and happy to help. The Guest Experience Manager, Carolina, was so friendly and made us feel right at home the entire time. She was also just really easy to get along with right from the start. It seems she really enjoys her job and enjoys getting to know the people.

All in all, it was an amazing trip and I can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed a week at the resort as a familiy holiday. We felt complitely safe, the staff was extremely kind, nothing was to much to make you feel comfortable. They knew who you are, the number of your bungalow, if you will be making a trip. We made a wonderful boattrip with the hotelboat, it was safe and private. It was really a treat to stay here, without having to wonder in these odd circumstances about the pandemic that is taking place, the hotel is so spacious that you don't have to worry to be in danger.

Too fancy and poor quality meat. Also slow service . To be fair the restaurant deducted one dish from bill and subsequently the hotel credited the balance . Really can’t understand why this restaurant is so highly rated. Particularly disappointed as was celebrating a birthday and whilst this was acknowledged by a small tart by way of a dessert even this wasn’t anything special. Probably the worst meal we have eaten on the island. Clearly Marc Fosh had a bad night , at least for us .

ThIs hotel has some of the best service we have ever experienced. We arrived and there were a couple of small problems that were rectified immediately by Javier the hotel manager, from that moment on our stay could not have been more perfect. Javier was very kind, took time to understand what we wanted from our trip and made our stay v special, the receptionist Judith was super helpful booking us some local restaurants and helping us understand what to do around the area. The setting is stunning with infinity pools, wild meadows, sea views and glorious little hideaways. The rooms are simple, but chic with great bathrooms, whirlpool baths, indoor and outdoor showers and super nice products as well as a private terrace.
The food is exceptional, as is the wine (we were given a wine tasting one night to sample Mallorca wines and they were great. The sommelier was very informed and charming).

We could not recommend this hotel more and you get the added perk of being able To use the grounds and facilities of next door can simoneta too (we preferred pleat de Mars so we didn’t except for drinks one night).
It has been a 10/10 stay and one we won’t forget

We return to this hotel after staying at its sister hotel next door. We had to use the facilities here and thought it was so beautiful that we would stay this time.
I cannot fault fault our room in the grounds it was like our own little house in the woods, With our own terrace popping down to the sea. It was completely private and of course incredibly quiet due to COVID-19.
For me the decor in this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is luxurious, yet quiet and tasteful leaving you feeling really peaceful.
The staff, as always, are genuinely friendly and pleased to see you. Nothing is too much trouble and there is no feeling of intimidation or having to tiptoe around because it’s an expensive hotel.
Because of the current situation, we breakfasted at the sister hotel Can Simoneta which was a short walk away. This was actually lovely because their breakfast/dining terrace is absolutely beautiful.
The only thing that is negative for us is that the dining in the evening is too fussy. It would be so nice to have a ability to order a simple bit of fish/meat and potatoes and vegetables, which haven’t been puréed or made into a jus or foam etc.

We booked this for our honeymoon last year and it was the best decision we ever made! This was the most relaxing and luxurious place we've ever been to.

We stayed in pleta de mar which has 2 big pools (which includes an infinity pool overlooking the sea). There are double sun loungers everywhere around the pools- you are always guaranteed to get one no matter what time of the day you go to the pool as there aren't very many rooms in the hotel. There is also a smaller heated pool by the spa area where there is a sauna and steam room. The pool areas are very quiet, it was rare for anyone else to be in the pool at the same time as us. We liked to change up which pool we went to each day because we loved them both so much! Also the food and drinks service by the pool was just the icing on top. They also treated us to a different smoothie by the pool each day which were delicious and always made sure we were hydrated by bringing around cold still or sparkling water!

The rooms were amazing and always clean! Very spacious and again very quiet- it felt like you were alone and not near to any other people who were staying at the resort. We loved the outdoor shower!

With all that's been said I have to say it was the staff who really make this place so amazing. They are unbelievably friendly and just couldn't do enough to ensure we were always happy. From the moment we got picked up by the front gate we were treated like royalty with glasses of champagne handed to us at reception before our short tour. They really did go above and beyond. I never saw a member of staff without a smile which is a very rare thing to see!

The food was also incredible and you can tell the chef's are of a very high standard. If you are a fussy eater in any way they would have also accommodated you for this too which isn't always possible in fancy restaurants. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly skilled with regards to their wine pairing and always recommended us the best wine! We kept to the local stuff and it was delicious! Again at the restaurant the staff were incredible.

Would 100% recommend to stay at this hotel. If we were rich we would visit every year there's no doubt about that!

Dreamhotel by nature, created by the famous local architect Antoni Esteva - created with a minimalistic design from the Vana philosophy ( = Zen)..
Wonderfull implantation in a very nice and great garden. Everything is perfect:
Very kind reception ( Marie-France and Janvier ) an exclusiv “ Michelinstar” restaurant with very delicious , very tastly but simple “ nature” dishes and a wonderfull garden/ seaview with respect for covid and also very nice breakfast, small but complete: a very true pleasure for the taste buds!
The rooms/ villas are also created with maximum respect for the nature: king-size bed, outside rainshower, occitane products....
Also the well situeted infinity pool is an experience.
The next door hotel Can Simonetta from the same group is also worth to visit , free.
A sincerely thank you for the extreme kindly staff especially for the very kind Judith.

It has an impecable location, an impecable service, impecable food, and impecable arquitecture, layout and garden landscaping.
The interconnection with Can Simoneta works perfectly.
What more could you want?
From what I gathered the smaller rooms are the smarter option.
Don't forget to book the boar ride. Short but worth while.

I was privileged to stay for 5 days at the pleta; I have not felt safer since the beginning of lockdown. It’s setting is stunning, it’s finish/attention to detail is perfect, but it has really sorted the whole health and safety aspects. All food and drink ordered by app, and brought by staff whom I never saw take their masks off (unlike the uk!). Sanitation/cleansing of the rooms was amazing. And then we got to have the pools to ourselves. To dine on exceptional cooking with a view straight out to sea and peace all around. Breakfast is currently in can simoneta - elegantly served on the terrace. Full access to both hotels gives so much choice. I could have stayed a month.

The water in both swimming pools is very nice and soft. Not salty at all. No chloride if I remember well.
