We stayed at this hotel for 1 week from 30th August. We are a family of 4 of 2 adults , 13 year old and 9 year old. The hotel has a lovely quiet location and has a lovely outlook across the sea. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The cleaners and staff work very hard. The room was very nice , however slightly dated, with beautiful views over the sea. The food is nice basically 3 star/ 4 star compared to other hotels. There is not alot of choice for vegetarian, is great if you like pork as there is pork with everything! The only downside of this hotel is the very very poor entertainment which was basically non zero. Apparently as the hotel was quiet, they cancelled all shows/ entertainment. Really this hotel should have notified the existing guests by email that there was no entertainment or on thier Web page so guests could decide to either rebook or cancel. The hotel is ideal for retirement age or young families with children under 7. The hotel was not for us as there was no atmosphere and no entertainment. We were in bed latest 10pm. This hotel is ideal for families with very young children or older guests, due to the location of being a 30 minute walk away from the main resort and the lack of entertainment we would probably not return. However we did enjoy our stay but was disappointed with lack of communication regarding entertainment. You would expect entertainment with a 4 star hotel.

We stayed room only but noted that the majority appeared to be on All Inclusive and majority German visitors. Due to the AI offering all meals appeared to be buffet style so we did not eat at the hotel. The one bedroomed apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, room cleaning was daily and towels could be changed on request by leaving them on floor in bathroom. Good mattresses, both in the main bedroom and the sofabeds in the lounge area. Air conditioning was good, and needed due to high humidity/temperatures when we stayed. Free use of keysafe in room on request. Free WiFi which we found perfectly adequate. Kitchen area reasonably kitted out with basic crockery/utensils etc, fridge, microwave, hob. Communal inside areas and garden areas were very clean and well maintained. Reception and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Sadly one big negative was that it was impossible to make use of the outdoor pool as every sunbed was reserved with towels before 7.30am despite sign saying not allowed, this was clearly not enforced. Two small supermarkets just outside hotel for basic provisions, the smaller one just round from the hotel back entrance had daily fresh pastries/bread. The hotel was on the very outskirts of the resort so a 15-20+ min walk to restaurants/shops etc - this was a nice flat walk along the seafront promenade and a separate cycle lane but a bit of a hike if you're not keen on lots of walking (it definitely meant we smashed our daily 10,000 step targets!). Nature reserve was one side which had lovely walks, if you could manage them in the heat! Beach started within 1 minute walk of the hotel but very rocky this end, and for a while along the front due to the geology of the area, not so good for children but fine for us, we tended to go a little further along where there were more sunbeds /beach shower etc. Intermittent problem with sargassum seaweed, lots on first day we got there but calmed down after that and water was nice and clear. Overall a nice comfortable stay.

This hotel is in a great position ,spotlessly clean ,close to moist amenities and bus routes. However our experience was marred by the attitude of reception staff to basic requests .Our room 622 ( 3K for 2 weeks ) was sold as a sea view and on entering the only view is the roof of the hotel across the road and the attendant noise of their service entrance and roof top machinery. Add in the busy main road below. The sea view appears from the balcony but you are distracted by the mass and noise from the opposite hotel. A better description would be a side sea view. The balcony of this room is in total shade all day in September. We requested to move on our first and second day only to be met with excuses and indifference and no attempt to move us. We also asked if we could have at least one UK tv channel and not sky news! Again no result and indifference. The air con in this room is intrusive and noisy.
On a positive note the housekeeping on our floor was excellent and all the staff pleasant and smiling possibly because we spoke English and not German which appears to be the hotels main market..The food is typical buffet style with luke warm hot food available on cold plates but mostly edible with some weird combinations to English taste.
No effort was made while we were on the 6th floor to do anything to prevent a possible trip hazard from a ripped carpet and long loose threads.
We are seasoned travellers to many countries and different types of accommodation with several visits to the island this year at 4 star ratings.UK tv is readily available on the island . Virtually every hotel in Cala Millor and Cala Bona seem to be 4 star. Has this watered ( In our opinion ) down the rating system and the standards?
We left this hotel with the feeling of having stayed in a 3 star hotel. Pity because it really could be very good if the customer came first.

Arrived at hotel on Monday 11th April. We are currently on day 3 on an all inclusive holiday of 2 adults and 2 children. We have been to several all inclusive hotels before and this one has a lot to be desired. Restaurant is small and very limited variety of foods on offer. Very little on offer for children. Last night they had chicken popcorn which was then offered up again for breakfast this morning (maybe reheated? As a bizarre choice for breakfast) . Along with spicy sausage which was maybe re cooked for breakfast this morning. “Snacks” on all inclusive is cold sandwiches in a fridge- ham and cheese or tuna and Mayo and fruit. These are the same sandwiches in the fridge from the morning of Tuesday 12th April until this afternoon on Wednesday 13th April. No where on the hotels website or Jet2 holidays does it mention that it is only cold snacks. There is a small basket of biscuits, a bowl of open crisps, bowl of open olives and tiny pastries on the bar itself. Not very covid compliant and definitely not what we expected for an all inclusive hotel. The only positive is there is a small freezer with ice creams and ice lollies to take. When reception was approached about the snacks or lack of them they advised it is just premade sandwiches. There are signs for pizzas in the bar (payable) however reception appeared to not know this and stated that hot food is only available when the restaurant is open and not at any other time. So don’t be hungry outside meal times or miss a meal if your a relying on the all inclusive meal plan. Very disappointed overall with the all inclusive basis. It is very poor and not 4* standard. The rooms are large but very dated. Our room is covered in dust and appeared not to have been properly cleaned or vacuumed. The thermostat in the bedroom isn’t working and the room is freezing at night. Overall we will not be back and would not recommend this hotel especially for the all inclusive basis. The indoor pool is also too small to accommodate the large number of guests and the first two days there was not a lifeguard present full time. He was splitting his time between the outside pool (where no one was in the pool) and walking through the indoor pool for a few minutes. He spent longer inside after another guest complained about rough play in the pool and smaller children getting hurt. There has been a permanent lifeguard on duty today however. All these issues have had an impact on our holiday and we wish we had of saved ourselves money and went self catering or booked another hotel!

For a rated 4 stars hotel as advertised I don't believe is true. The hotel is near a 3 stars. The cleaining is okay and room service decent but beds are terrible. Mattresses horrible and with no stability (big hole in the middle after few minutes lie down) loooks like are very very old. The allocation of 2 single beds instead a queen or king bed for a couple is horrible. There is kitchen with no washing up liquid and sponge to clean the dishes and no dish towel to use to dry. There were no repository of shower gel over the days. Breakfast is decent but for a price of €10/€12 per person is not fair with poor quality products... the eggs stations were good tough.

We stayed at the Bahia Grande from 9th April to 20th April, booked through Easyjet.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We were staying on a half board basis and enjoyed the choices at both breakfast and evening meal.
We found that it was best to go to the restaurant for breakfast before 9 and dinner after 7 each day were the quieter times. The staff in the restaurant worked very hard and were always cheerful.
The room was cleaned and the towels changed every day except Monday's and the cleaners also worked very hard.
The negative about the hotel was the indoor pool which is too small and not really suitable for swimming, it was mainly full of children splashing around.
All in all we would recommend the hotel and resort. We enjoyed our stay very much

A weeks family holiday, it's a difficult one to review to be honest we liked the hotel but not cala millor, the beach at cala millor is worst on the island in my opinion and we walked to sa coma couple times to use that beach. Anyway the hotel is very nice, cleaned to a high standard and the rooms were more than adequate for our weeks stay, they were cleaned daily and towels changed daily aswell, brilliant service.
We found the food was fine but as any all inclusive holiday it got repetitive by back end of our stay,I found it annoying that the drinks weren't self serve at anytime except for breakfast times. All the staff worked tirelessly and it reflected on the service it was flawless, they do a splendid job 100% to all the staff thankyou!
To get a sunbed we had to put towels down at 7.30am and I hate doing that but sadly it's either follow suit or no sunbed all day.
The evening entertainment was poor but again the staff did the best they could, the bingo was a laugh with the man and the water aerobics was really funny with the girl sorry I don't know names,
Overall we had a good time albeit with having to travel out of cala millor daily to do different things the hotel was a good enough base, sadly we wouldn't return BUT would happily use your hotel chain in a different resort, thankyou to your staff, they do their jobs well.

We stayed in a standard apartment (2adults) - the beds were really comfortable and the facilities were good. The hotel is clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is small so you have to fight for a sunbed but the beach is only a couple of minutes away (14€ per day). It’s takes around 10 minutes to walk into the main town so it’s a nice quiet area. A lovely walk along the front to Cala Bona took us around 1 hour.
Our only complaint would be that the hot food was not always hot enough so we tended to stick to salad or veg dishes - there are plenty of snacks on offer all day (filled rolls, fruit, ice creams etc).

I stayed with my friends 3 nights. The staff was very very friendl and could help us with everything we asked. At the hotel you can also rent a bike which is not expensive and you can ride with it to the beach or explore the city. We did not book a seeview room but when we arrived we had a balcony and a seeview. The beach is only about 100 meters away but you cant swim there directly. You have to walk about 10-15 minutes but its not that difficult. The service was very quick and our beds and floors where cleaned every day. One thing i did not like that much is the bed. After you wake up you see that you build a hole with your weight. Its not that bad, you could still sleep comfortable.

We stayed here over Easter for 1 week all inclusive. We're a family of 4, we stayed in room 617. The room was very spacious, plenty of room and storage for the 4 of us. Our room had a lovely view, partially of the sea and partially of forested area next to hotel.

All the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and happy to help with anything. The bar had quite a vast amount of drinks included on all inclusive (including selected cocktails). Sandwiches and fruit were available all day in the bar area, and a self service ice lolly freezer for the kids.

The restaurant became quite busy during dinner, sometimes not many tables available. There was quite a good selection of food, however not a great deal for kids in our opinion in the evenings, very good selection of fruit always available though. The meat station is attended so you can watch them cook that as you're picking up food, very fresh.

Our kids didn't attend kids club but it looked entertaining when we passed them through the hotel. Kids disco was on every night, followed by entertainment, we attended a parrot show and an exotic animal show which were both great fun.

Slightly disappointed with the beach as it wasn't as well maintained as the pictures showed. On closer inspection of fine print, the 'blue flag' beach only has that status from May therefore it wasn't well maintained in April, lots of seaweed present, but we managed to get a spot and had a lovely few beach days.

There is a 'spar' shop literally just over the road from the hotel which has essentials, there is also a Lidl and another supermarket 10 mins down the road too. Otherwise about a 10 minute walk to main shops/restaurants from hotel.

Overall a very good stay for us. We haven't been away for a few years, so this was a nice welcome back to abroad holidays for us.
