Exceptional experience my partner and I had during stay at your stunning hotel. Our room had an incredible sea view from our room. Waking up to the sight of the ocean stretching out before us was nothing short of magical. The all-inclusive option provided by your hotel was an absolute game-changer for us. It allowed us to indulge in delicious meals, refreshing beverages, and delightful snacks throughout our stay. The tranquillity and beauty of the beach exceeded our expectations and provided us with countless moments of pure bliss. We are already eagerly planning our next visit and cannot wait to return to your beautiful oasis by the sea. Thank you once again for providing us with such a memorable experience

Hotel's Favourite
We arrived last Thursday for a week stay and I was super nervous due to all the negative reviews on here. However my partner and I arrived around 12:30pm and reception staff were lovely. Super polite and friendly and very helpful about activities, evening shows, the pools and meal times, they were so kind and helped us with whatever we needed. Check in was super easy but will say to remember that on arrival you need to pay tourist tax. For us it was €46 which I didn’t mind paying and I’d assume you pay that at most hotels around here. Rooms were lovely and clean (again something I was worried about) beds were two singles pushed together but didn’t affect our experience at all. Bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were very spacious. Only tip is that I would bring my own hairdryer next time but that’s just me, hairdryers aren’t very strong if that makes sense! Balcony was facing the sea and I couldn’t get enough of this view, it was just so beautiful. We were on the 8th floor and the only negative was the lifts as there are only 2 in the whole building and can take a while for lifts to arrive but max we waited was like 3 minutes. Rooms were cleaned everyday and towels ALWAYS changed. Buffet was lovely, I think people are very dramatic on here. We had sushi one night and a different night, prawns and mussels, there was always fresh pasta being cooked and the chefs were amazing. They virtually cook everything in front of you and we found the food was amazing quality. My partner is an adventurous eater and he never got bored. I am more fussy and even I loved the food and found there was so much choice. Such a selection of ice cream too! We had vanilla, choc, strawberry, lemon and lime, coffee, chocolate and choc chip (mint and vanilla) it was so refreshing and lovely and can’t fault the food at all or how attentive the restaurant staff are. Wine is poured from the bottle both lunch and dinner! Pools were lovely, we spent time in both main pools and yes slightly cold but you get very used to it once in. I didn’t find you had to fight for a sun bed. We got up at 8:00 and went to breakfast first and then put our towels down. We always got a seat and there was so much selection, we preferred the quieter area which was the pool down the steps. Pools don’t open till 10:00 but we enjoyed just chilling in the sun and watched the ocean while waiting. The sun beds down the stairs are slightly more uncomfortable than the ones around the main pool, just to keep that in mind. We did the aqua gym most days and found this hilarious, entertainment team are fantastic and great with everyone. There is a nice footpath to have a walk along around all the hotels and the main sort of beach is about 10 minute walk on this footpath, again we had no issue with this and was a lovely view on the way there. The bar was amazing in the day and evenings, we tried virtually all the cocktails on all inclusive and our favourite was the margarita! Jaime (the barman) is a star and is amazing. So quick and friendly, always having a laugh and great at recommending drinks when you are unsure! 10/10 and well done Jamie! There was another member of staff, Ismael, he was also amazing and such a great waiter, works so hard as do all the staff but these two definitely stood out to us! Evening entertainment was great and super fun. Can be hard to get a good seat after 20:30 ish but if you do get a seat, entertainment is well worth it and vibes are great here. There is a shop on sight which is great and probably the best as we visited lots around the hotel and the hotel one had the best stuff to be honest. Overall we had an amazing stay and would 100% return. We had the best time and can’t believe how welcomed we felt and how relaxing our holiday was, everything was perfect. I’ve stayed in some luxury 5 star hotels before and this came very close for me! Thank you for having us!

Food cold, not labelled. Half of hotel closed down part way through the holiday. Was not informed of this when booking Had to use sister hotel for meals and snacks. Rooms need updating. Some of the staff on reception were rude to many customers.

Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating staff. Services available in hotel were fantastic and well maintained. Could have done with a bit more seating at evening entertainment when more popular acts were on. Bedrooms were large and clean well maintained by housekeeping.

The hotel is lovely and clean and great location the view from our room was beautiful. The food was ok it would have been better if it was hot but it was edible. The staff was at hand if we needed help and Leti (Entertainment) 0pwas absolutely fab she really went above and beyond. I would definitely go again. Only downside was when checking in we was all told and it was printed on the back of the info sheets given is about not reserving sun beds and sadly some didn't listen. So either enforce it or leave that bit out. But all in all we had a great time.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was lovely with a Seaview The food could have been a little more varied, but other than that it was fantastic we booked through easyJet. The whole process was very smooth with no hiccups.

Overall it's a good hotel, clean and friendly in a very quiet area. Staff are great, really warm & friendly Food overall is generally good, the hotel is over two buildings and both main restaurants are open for breakfast & dinner but only one for lunch so it's a bit of a circus! Drinks are acceptable and quality is pretty good The hotel itself although very clean is tired, the place really needs a bit of modernisation but it was the end of the season. We wouldn't hesitate to return BUT the hotel has a major issue and this would stop us returning! The Lifts! they are atrocious, the block we were in has three lifts the third lift was hidden around a corner but never worked anyway (this hotel has around 10 floors) the two lifts, when they worked are so slow it's unbelievable the queues were horrendous, we even resorted to walking to the 7th floor at one point and normally walked down the stairs as it was quicker! So great hotel, but if you need a lift for a buggy or are disabled in any way, either enjoy queuing, book a room on the reception floor.

All-inclusive 5 days: You get what you pay for. Hotel was a little tired, but it was the last week of the season, so it wasn't too bad considering. The rooms are excellent size and kept well cleaned by the staff. The beds are rock hard, and I don't mean just firm, like concrete. The views from the balcony are 10/10, and the sunrise every morning was amazing. The rest of the hotel was what I would consider ' a bit Butlins'. The resteraunt was fine with the usual buffet fare you would expect, not amazing but something to suit everyone's taste; the usual queuing for coffee or juice in the morning because of the lack of machines was a pain and not expected. Drinks were fine and premade cocktails for the all-inclusive guests were OK, albeit not very strong. The outside space was just OK, and although we were warned not to claim a sunbed with a towel, but the usual scattering of towels were there by 7am, and all claimed with towel by 8.30 and many stayed unused until much later. Didn't bother us as the beds were the absolute worst with a bar stuck in your back when you lied down. We had an hour or two later on in the day to read a book, but you just had to sit up, you definitely needed a couple of thick towels to protect your back if you plan to lie down. The adverts for this hotel does show some beaches. They are not much cop, go somewhere else if you love a beach. The town isn't that big, so I'd recomend hiring a car or scooter if you like to explore. Buses were good, and we did hop over to Cala D'or which was OK and the Caves of Drach in Porto Crisco was pretty good. Overall we were happy with our break but would pick somewhere else next time. If you just want to lie in the sun and have access to a pool, then it's fine. Oh, the lifts are small for this size hotel and some other reviews spoke about long waits which I can see happening, especially if you are high up. We didn't really have a problem and the hotel said they were full, so not sure if it is a real problem.
