Lovely relaxing holiday with my partner in October, fabulous views from our room and the pool, plenty of sun beds available, great staff, nice rooms cleaned every day. Food was OK a little repetitive but still plenty we Definitely would return.

The hotel is lovely and clean and great location the view from our room was beautiful. The food was ok it would have been better if it was hot but it was edible. The staff was at hand if we needed help and Leti (Entertainment) 0pwas absolutely fab she really went above and beyond. I would definitely go again. Only downside was when checking in we was all told and it was printed on the back of the info sheets given is about not reserving sun beds and sadly some didn't listen. So either enforce it or leave that bit out. But all in all we had a great time.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel. It was excellent value for money. The room was lovely with a Seaview The food could have been a little more varied, but other than that it was fantastic we booked through easyJet. The whole process was very smooth with no hiccups.

Overall it's a good hotel, clean and friendly in a very quiet area. Staff are great, really warm & friendly Food overall is generally good, the hotel is over two buildings and both main restaurants are open for breakfast & dinner but only one for lunch so it's a bit of a circus! Drinks are acceptable and quality is pretty good The hotel itself although very clean is tired, the place really needs a bit of modernisation but it was the end of the season. We wouldn't hesitate to return BUT the hotel has a major issue and this would stop us returning! The Lifts! they are atrocious, the block we were in has three lifts the third lift was hidden around a corner but never worked anyway (this hotel has around 10 floors) the two lifts, when they worked are so slow it's unbelievable the queues were horrendous, we even resorted to walking to the 7th floor at one point and normally walked down the stairs as it was quicker! So great hotel, but if you need a lift for a buggy or are disabled in any way, either enjoy queuing, book a room on the reception floor.…

All-inclusive 5 days: You get what you pay for. Hotel was a little tired, but it was the last week of the season, so it wasn't too bad considering. The rooms are excellent size and kept well cleaned by the staff. The beds are rock hard, and I don't mean just firm, like concrete. The views from the balcony are 10/10, and the sunrise every morning was amazing. The rest of the hotel was what I would consider ' a bit Butlins'. The resteraunt was fine with the usual buffet fare you would expect, not amazing but something to suit everyone's taste; the usual queuing for coffee or juice in the morning because of the lack of machines was a pain and not expected. Drinks were fine and premade cocktails for the all-inclusive guests were OK, albeit not very strong. The outside space was just OK, and although we were warned not to claim a sunbed with a towel, but the usual scattering of towels were there by 7am, and all claimed with towel by 8.30 and many stayed unused until much later. Didn't bother us as the beds were the absolute worst with a bar stuck in your back when you lied down. We had an hour or two later on in the day to read a book, but you just had to sit up, you definitely needed a couple of thick towels to protect your back if you plan to lie down. The adverts for this hotel does show some beaches. They are not much cop, go somewhere else if you love a beach. The town isn't that big, so I'd recomend hiring a car or scooter if you like to explore. Buses were good, and we did hop over to Cala D'or which was OK and the Caves of Drach in Porto Crisco was pretty good. Overall we were happy with our break but would pick somewhere else next time. If you just want to lie in the sun and have access to a pool, then it's fine. Oh, the lifts are small for this size hotel and some other reviews spoke about long waits which I can see happening, especially if you are high up. We didn't really have a problem and the hotel said they were full, so not sure if it is a real problem.…

Had a lovely time here! The hotel was lovely and a really short walk to a fab small, quite private feeling beach. Food was good and quite a large selection, especially as our stay was right at the end of season. Room was clean and larger than expected and the sea views were amazing. We loved hearing the sea against the rocky coastline. Daily entertainment was brilliant by Leticia, a true powerhouse of a lady who seemed to have infinite energy and the biggest smile for miles. Nemu was entertaining but we were put off by his offer to write our reviews for us. The pools were cleaned regularly and the bars were always manned by lovely and welcoming staff. Lovely clean rooms. Wonderful view. Food was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful . Town is a 10 minute or so walk away. Great evening entertainment. .wrist band is taken off at midday but you can leave your luggage and wander into town for lunch and drinks etc.
