Spent 3 nights with my 11 year old daughter in mid October. Transfer was around 90 minutes. Didn't mind too much as we landed just after lunch, but if it was a late flight, wouldn't have been Ideal. Our room was in the main building. Wasn't huge, but big enough for the 2 of us. Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, but could have done with another pillow, but that's personal choice. We overlooked the front of the hotel, but was still a decent view, with trees out the front. Main road wasn't an issue. Downfall was the walls are sooo thin (thank you to our neighbours on the first night for entertaining us with your singing 😂) The pool area was lovely. Kept clean and plenty of sunbeds to go around. Ok, they aren't padded, but I still managed to lie on them using a towel. The onsite shop was handy. Very handy walk to the beach. The food wasn't too bad. Not my first all inclusive resort in Majorca, so knew what to expect. Yes, got a bit repetitive at times, but you definitely won't go hungry. The snack bar was handy for during the day. Had turkey on the last day, which wasn't great, but I just went and got something else instead 🤷 Dessert options could have been better, but I don't eat alot of dessert, so didn't bother me. Bar staff were friendly. There was always a queue for the bar, but they cleared it quickly. I think the cup idea was really good. Kept the pool and bar area tidy. Entertainment in the evening wasn't to my taste, but again personal choice. They worked so hard and tried to involve everyone. Reception staff were abit iffy. But I'm sure it's such a long day for them and they put up with some crap lol. Cleaning staff were hard working and friendly. I had a great time and would more than likely return.

When we arrived neither of the two receptionist could find our details even with the printout. They asked for proof that we had paid. To show the bank statement i had to pay for wifi first. €1 each for a cup, refundable, €20 for remote for TV, refundable. We went to our twin room to find a double bed. We were moved next door. Twice people walked into our room. The toilet was dirty rusty and wasn't even screwed to the floor. The tiles were either broken or cracked. There was a bath but no plug. The staff were extremely rude, even saying that they just worked there and they didn't care what anyone said or wrote. I heard them shouting at an old man and telling him she wouldn't listen to him. The food was awful. .Please save your money and stay elsewhere. Do not stay in this hotel!!!

So we have just came back from a beautiful 10 nights away at this amazing hotel! I want to start off by saying, I was so worried about this holiday after seeing how horrible and negative the reviews were! I literally didn’t know what to expect but I want to say DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! If you want a gorgeous, happy, joyful, cheerful, fun family holiday then go! The food is good and has a huge range of options for all ages, (I have a 7 year old, 4 year old and a 2 year old and they found something to eat every night! The snack bar is brilliant and my kids loves going there everyday! The bar staff (most of them) were really friendly and could have abit of banter with them which was fun! The lady bar member (forgive me I forgot her name) she was absolutely lovely and served me each time with amazing cocktails 😍 YES cocktails are on the all inclusive 😍 And Estrella on draft for the beer! Wow! The hotel is in the most beautiful place and the views are fabulous! Yes there are a few tiles missing from the pool but is that really going to effect your holiday that much! Because it didn’t effect mine 🤣 For the moaners! The cup situation! I think was a great idea! No mess of loads of cups around the pool! And the bar staff changed your cup every time you went the bar so it was never dirty! So you moaners need to get a grip 🫠! The entertainment team! Wow! Honestly we made a little bond with all of them and they were absolutely amazing! They were so fun and lovely and made you feel so welcome by remembering all our names and saying hi by the pool etc! We loved the shows! Some with some amazing meanings! The Disney show! We even got involved which was great fun the guest vs rep games were hilarious too! My son was obsessed with chio! And we have even stayed in touch since we’ve been home as my little boy keeps saying he misses her and we have to go back ahah! The dances by the pool we loved them! A gorgeous little private walk to your own beach was absolutely stunning! I honestly can not see what people problem was were in this hotel! We absolutely loved every Minute of it and we met a few family’s there who have been going for years and we’re actually thinking of going back next year! Soo all I can say is I highly recommend this hotel! Go and make your own opinions! Don’t listen to peoples stupid Karen comments 🤣🤣 A beautiful family holiday ❤️

I was winding myself up before the trip reading some of the negative reviews and found the reassuring reviews saying it’s basic but not terrible quite reassuring - so I wanted to take the time to review my experience to hopefully reassure others and provide some tips! We stayed for 5 nights, it was long enough for us and we got a super cheap deal which enabled us to have a bit of budget winter sunshine in October half term as a family of four. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as a whole, our room was clean and functional - yes there were questionable marks on the curtains, no there was no kettle. There were things that could be improved but overall it really did deliver as a family friendly holiday on a budget, we walked to the beach every day which is a beautiful little cove with clear sea and a sandy beach. The children loved the pool and playing on the little rides, we enjoyed the Mini disco entertainment a few times (although our children are a little young to be staying up so late!) there’s a park which is a little tired but does the job as a change of scene when you’re hanging around all day with young children. It was coming up to the end of the season so entertainment during the day was winding down but that was fine for us. The food is basic but there’s something for everyone and you can’t go wrong with the chips and burgers to be honest! We did have some stand out bits that were quite delicious - some nice ham on the bone for lunch one day, nice cakes and sandwiches that were fine too. Estrella on tap also which you surely can’t grumble at. We found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly, nice and relaxed too. Overall, fine would be the word I’d use so just enjoy it for what it is and have a nice holiday! If you’re a tea drinker like me I’d recommend taking a flask mug to fill up at the machine, or a kettle for the room. We also read that the airport transfer can take a while so we hired a private taxi company to take us there in under an hour (Mallorca 365 who we couldn’t fault). A final thing to note - there aren’t any ‘proper’ supermarkets around, just places that market themselves as supermarkets to tourists (at a high price) fine for the odd thing but not much selection!

October isn’t the best time to travel but I’m afraid this hotel isn’t the best either. Looks very tired with the building needing a major redevelopment . Rooms are small but reception is huge as is the area outside. The food is very limited a real 1970s holiday camp feeling. Bar is as tired as everywhere else and j just can’t find anything to recommend. About 90 minutes transfer from the airport and not a resort so little else to do. The nearby bay is good and a hidden gem. There’s a lot better in Majorca

i want to be completely honest with this hotel , it has a lot going for it but management need a kick up the but.. its a lovely clean place, it has nice surroundings and easy bus rides to various other places, the staff i found were mainly very nice and helpful, overall it is a nice clean hotel, BUT, i wish i had read the reviews fully, over £3k spent, booked 2 rooms together and were put in separate buildings with the disabled person which we requested a first floor room was put on the 3rd floor and the others on the first floor, naturally, we swapped rooms, but still ended up in separate buildings , AND sadly, not a kettle in sight, not even a kitchen sink, nor any way of making a hot drink outside of bar hours, and i, as a light sleeper like to be able to have a cuppa when i feel the need, so TAKE A KETTLE WITH YOU !! the food is ok if you love pasta and salad EVERY DAY for the length of your stay, it is the same food with very little variation , so we ended up eating out 3 times ... the swimming pool is dangerous, it has broken tiles everywhere, and after 3 of our family were cut , we reported this and handed pieces of tiles to the pool attendant who replied "it's an old pool" not exactly the right answer, i do hope they fix that before next season.. DO NOT GO THE LAST WEEK OF THE SEASON !!! 3 days in and the entertainment stopped, the bar closed and there was nothing to do, even the bars and outside restaurants are closed .. even though there was over 200 people still staying there, so ..a few tweaks here and there and this could be a really nice go to family hotel .

I was really nervous about coming on this 8 day trip because I saw the reviews after I booked it. However, it surprised me. Most of the staff were amazing and friendly. The drinks were good. Couldn’t fault the room and had an amazing view. The pool was also really good. The food was average, some days not great. But I am a picky eater and always managed to find something to eat. There’s also lots of little shops nearby and a few bars which are good. The bus stop is only around a 6 min walk away from the hotel so we busted a few places nearby which were good.

Arrived at approx 21.45 and swiftly checked in (we travelled in a private transfer as we had seen that the shuttles can take hours!) We paid the tourist tax of approx €15 per adult and our €1 deposit per reusable cup and made our way to our room. The room was in the main building and was clean and was rather small but perfect acceptable. It had two twin beds and a sofa bed and an en-suite with a bath with over head shower. The food across all meal times was acceptable for a Spanish 3* resort. The pizzeria snack bar which was open 12-7 everyday was good for between meal snacks! The bars were busy, as the hotel was but the queues moved quickly. Self serve slushes/soft drinks and coffee available 10-8 at the pool bar. The entertainment team were great and a decent amount of activities were available throughout the day and they always tried their best in an evening. Hotels ground were well kept and clean and the reusable cup idea reduced the amount of empty cups lying around. Towards the end of the day I noticed a bit of rubbish around the pool areas - not the hotels fault just lazy guests not bothering to put their rubbish on a bin! 3 large pools were great - yes, small amounts of tiles have come away but didn’t stop us using them and we have to remember the hotel was a week away from closing for the winter. I noticed the manager of the hotel standing with several men around the pool discussing the refurbishment of the pool which is happening over the winter. The football pitch and tennis courts were good and can borrow equipment from the hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly. All in all a great week. Extremely good value for money. If you book this hotel please have realistic expectations as you’re booking a 3* hotel and not a 5* We’d happily stay here again.

This place was worse than terrible. Some of the staff were very rude. The food was absolutely terrible. We got all inclusive and ended up having to eat out every day. I would not recommend and certainly will not be back. Best thing about this place was the flight back home.

We didn't expect much, but I can't believe the other reviews some by people who must have been here when we were. No double bed, two singles pushed together, I tried to cuddle my wife in bed and they moved apart and I ended up on the floor. Food is awful, we was told there would be options for vegan and vegetarian, but unless you can survive on salad with no protein you will starve. I expected chips and burgers, but the main meals it was hard to find veg to go with the meat. We had to go out for dinner, so wasted my money on the all inclusive. Unless you want to just drink alcohol all day it's not worth the money. We could have booked a apartment somewhere else and eaten out everyday and spent less on the holiday. The staff aren't too bad, some were helpful. Entertainment was not great, you would get better at Butlins or similar in UK. Pools were ok but cold, and had tiles coming off in kids pool. Hotel is mostly clean, but they won't clean your bedding unless you ask. We won't be coming back that's for sure.
