However, from the hotel you can reach in only 10 minutes plenty of touristic attractions, amazing beaches, a wide range of golf courses and is only 20 Minutes away from Palma or a drive 30 Minutes to the airport. The Agroturismo offers more than twelve bedrooms with 25 beds in different categories: One single bed room, 7 double rooms with or without a balcony, 1 Junior suite with Kitchenette and balcony and 1 without, 1 Suite for 2-4 person with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room and terrace and one Dupley suite for 4-6 person with two bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living-dining room. In the Pool house, that is located right beside the big swimming pool and Jacuzzi, you will find an infrared-sauna, fitness-machines, recliners, showers and toilets.

A true perfect place to stay. Firstly Cristiane and Norbert you are the Finca it was a pleasure to meet you and Rodrigo , we were made welcome and relaxed from the minute we got there. This is not a hotel it is a BnB that offers no services after breakfast. No reception and only a phone number to call if there’s an issue. Building is beautiful but shut, dark, and uninviting for the majority of the day. Not sure that this qualifies as a three star hotel as there is no one available to help and any requests are met with cold negative responses from the owners. Refused to even provide ice. You’re not even allowed to get a fork from the breakfast room. Ludicrously expensive given the lack of service or amenities.

Thank you for the review. We never received such a bad one in 10 years! Probably you have never stayed in a finca hotel? The special charm lies in the Mallorcan finca style, the tranquillity, the nature, the personal attention and not the typical big hotel charm with 24h reception. We are usually always there in person when our guests arrive and therefore ask for an arrival time beforehand, as we plan our out-of-town appointments around arrivals. In your case, we waited for you for 3 hours with no response from you. Unfortunately, we then had to go to an urgent appointment, and called you to find a solution. In the rare cases we have good experience with this and very understanding guests. We provided the lunch plate for your arrival, as requested, and even the room keys so you could freshen up. At the appointed time (an hour later) we were back to do the check-in, as usual, in person with you. However, you had already left. Again, we called to get a time and again waited for you.... Regarding ice: you have received ice on the first day, on the second day Norbert was just buying ice and had to look for it in three stores, because there is still a shortage of ice in Mallorca. We would like to note that you needed the ice for brought alcohol, which may be consumed with us still in their own room. By the way, you could get a fork, if you had asked for it! Unfortunately, you did not and self-service from the cabinets is not allowed in any hotel. We can now perfectly understand our colleagues on the island, why they no longer allow and tolerate to take brought food and alcohol to the rooms and consume it there. We regret that we could not meet your expectations, as you had a different idea of your stay in a finca hotel.

Honestly i very rarely write reviews, but iv never been more disappointed with my stay. Nice location and building but that's as far as I go. Over priced with little to no service. You would be better getting an airbnb for half the price! I asked for ice and was told they don't serve ice- ridiculous! I can hear everything from the room next door- when they shower, turn on taps etc. Was woken up at 7am. Told the owner and her respose was not an even an apology but "don't worry they have gone now" if they know they have this problem, they should not have both rooms used at the same time. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We have not received such a negative review in the 10 years we've been running the hotel. Unfortunately, you deliberately booked a single room through booking.com, which is also exactly defined there and their rates. We have a finca hotel with very different rooms, which are described in detail everywhere. There is the possibility with us to book a double room for single use, if available. This was not used and now we were completely booked! So, we had no alternatives! You received the full-service incl. lunch platter prepared for you. We offered to provide ice cubes, which your friends also took advantage of, but this was not enough for you! Even the cooler provided was not used. We are sorry that in the morning, the family in the next room was a bit noisy, but that cannot be changed! That you were dissatisfied with your own choice from the very beginning, you let us feel clearly during your entire stay! Unfortunately, we could not satisfy you, like almost all our other guests and we regret that very much!

Lovely hotel in quiet location close to Calvia . The hosts and staff were very attentive . Our room overlooked the hills . Breakfast very nice We didn’t have a car so walked into Calvia to eat some evenings and on other had the Tapas from the hotel which were delicious. If you are looking for a small , quiet hotel with pool , I highly recommend it!

A bit out of the way from everything else, but perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is wondeful - and the atmosphere and quiet is perfect! Rooms are spacious and within the style. Only con is the distance to lunch and dinner options.

Single room could have more light / bigger window. Yet, the place is lovely and great to explore the Tramatura mountain range by bike. The concert at the Hotel was super nice, breakfast on the sunny Terrasse has a lovely view and is just simply so relaxing. Great and welcoming hosts!
