We had a really lovely holiday in this perfectly located hotel directly on a very pretty beach and with numerous restaurants on the doorstep. 2 x sunbeds and shade were 18 Euros a day

The staff without exception were all excellent, extremely friendly and highly professional.

We had a sea front room which although a little small was lovely and the views from the balcony were superb.

The rooftop pool area was brilliant with sufficient sunbeds and free Balinese beds that there was never any need to reserve . There was also plenty of shade. The service at the rooftop bar was excellent and Andrea always made us laugh; she has a great sense of humour.

I liked the fact that there were 2 bottles of water left in the fridge on a daily basis throughout our stay and also that the hotel provided towels that could be taken to the beach.

Breakfast is served from 8-11 am and comprises a good selection of choices. The lady that makes the egg dishes is really lovely and cheery and David and Enrique ensure everything runs smoothly.

I wouldnt hesitate to return but would try and secure a room at the front on the 4th floor (406-408) as they have the most amazing large terraces with hot tubs and sunbeds.

The hotel is just a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport and about 15 Euros.

We stayed in a superior front sea view room that had a very large terrace with 4 sun loungers, a table with 2 chairs and a 2 person jacuzzi bath. The hotel also has a lovely infinity pool on the roof with bar offering food and drink. The food and drink were both very reasonably priced. Although we ate at the hotel we only booked on a bed and breakfast rate - the variety of food and drink is probably the among best we have ever seen, you name it and it was probably there!

My wife and I stayed here for a short 3 day break.
Was not disappointed on arrival as the hotel is very well set out with great furniture & decor, as an added bonus we had been upgraded to have partial sea views, which was a nice touch in the morning whilst having a coffee on the balcony from the In Room coffee machine.
We did not dine at the hotel in the evenings choosing to venture out to local restaurants and Palma.
The location was great as fronted the beach and a very calm cove with a choice of restaurants either side and only a 15 min taxi to Palma.
Being a short break we did not waste time travelling to the hotel as only 5 mins from the airport…
Would definitely return

The location right on the beach is lovely.
We hired bikes from next door and could travel along the coast.
The facilities in the room, shampoo conditioner, bottled water are a lovely touch.
The room was beautifully clean.
The room itself was just OK-the toilet door didn't close easily the air con was not very cold and the room is small. Also you need to be comfortable with your companion as the wall to the shower is frosted glass and so is the toilet.
The breakfast staff were very friendly and warm and in fact the breakfast was excellent and the lovely gentleman remembered our orders for drinks each morning. He and the chef are a real credit to the hotel.
The gentleman who checked us in at night was also incredibly lovely and recommended a nearby late night cafe for snacks, a lovely warm welcome.

It was disappointing that the roof bar was closed for a whole day of our holiday as this was an expensive hotel and our reason for picking it was to relax on a sun bed with a drinks and food option! When I went to reception to enquire very politely why it was closed I was told by a very unfriendly female receptionist that it was closed due to weather-she then turned her back on me!?The roof terrace was full it was sunshine and no wind? The irony of the weather comment was that you could then order drinks from downstairs via a phone that they then deliver to the roof in glasses? if it was the weather... surely real glasses would be more dangerous? Unfortunately the receptionist rude attitude then tainted my thoughts a little on the hotel.

The location is good with a nice beach and nearby restaurants and bars.
I paid £1400 for 5 nights for a sea view double room and I think you can stay in far better and superior places for this amount of money.

A last minute booking took us to this fantastic hotel & resort. The BQ Aguamarina is a fantastic hotel with great staff in a wonderful location. We upgraded to a superior room and it was worth every penny. We cannot praise the staff enough who looked after us every day. The location is perfect for the beach & restaurants and being about 10 minutes from the airport terminal makes it even better. Room was cleaned to perfection every day with fresh water put in the fridge daily also. Breakfast had a great choice and we always were topped up with coffee & tea before we even asked. The evening drinks at the front of the hotel was so relaxing.
Definitely will be visiting again in the near future.

The BQ Aguamarina hotel is located in a fantastic part of Mallorca. It is extremely clean and the service is superb. We booked a bed and breakfast package and the staff at the hotel made our holiday extra special. Enrique would welcome us every morning and knew exactly what rooms we were in and which drinks each of the four of us would have. Marthilda was always smiling and delivered a fantastic service. Pedro the chef was just brilliant cooking our eggs and bacon just the way we liked them every day and again remembered who has what out of the four of us. A huge thank you to Enrique, Marthilda and Pedro for making our time very special each day. The rooms were a good size although not overly spacious for storing suitcases etc. The only negative comment I would make is that the hotel has lovely roof top pool but the bar was shut for the duration and they close access to the roof at 7pm each night. With the view from the rooftop they really could make something special of this feature with perhaps cocktails on the roof in the late sunshine of an evening. What a real shame they do not see the potential in this area.

As the title says, this is such a great boutique hotel, we have been here before and we were due to return for a full week in June however, with the sudden passing of my mother we had to change the dates of our stay. The hotel were very understanding and accommodating.

On arrival everything was just like before, it was so clean and the staff were so helpful and the rooms were just great. The beds are really comfy and the food, although we only stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast has everything you need and the staff even remember what drinks you ordered from your first morning and have them ready when you arrive each day.

Also the drinks at the bar are best had sitting outside watching the day or night go by, they use good quality brands and again the staff here are lovely too.

This hotel has been really great and we can’t thank them enough for accommodating us especially with the last minute change.

Whenever we visit Palma this hotel is always the one we look for rooms first, yes it is a bit more expensive than other hotels but it’s worth the extra bucks and if you can get a sea view room, I would say go for it. But even a side sea view (which we had the first time) was really nice too.

Anyways we can’t wait to return again soon.

Came to Mallorca with my mother and teenage daughter for vacation. This little hotel was just what we needed. We were kindly greeted but Aina who is so kind and patient. We stayed in junior suites and they had plenty of room and are very comfortable. The room took a little while to cool down in the heat of July but once they cooled they stayed cool! We opted for the hotel breakfast buffet which was amazing! Enrique was a wonderful host at breakfast and our custom omelettes and churros were excellent! Every single person working here is so nice and helpful. The location is great and the little rooftop pool is wonderful! We loved the little beach across the street and for $18 you get 2 chairs and an umbrella. It’s 8 minutes from the airport and 15 into Palma. We loved our time at the BQ. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Booked this very last minute, as there was only one Seaview left I snapped it up without really looking a location etc. The balcony over looking the bay was great to watch the world go by any time of day or night. The room was excellent in every way, one small criticism is there was no draws but used the shelves in the wardrobes instead . Hotel was spotless, breakfast was great, staff are very friendly and efficient! The pool is slightly smaller than I thought but not an issue at all, could always get a sunbed. The food is amazing, drinks and food very reasonably priced. 10 minute drive from airport so it is a great location and good for restaurants, walking and beaches. Great to hire bikes as you can safely ride for miles along the coast. Easy to book car hire and excursions local to the hotel. We were able to book our Antigen return home covid test with reception and it was done within the hotel and result was within 5 minutes. This was a wonderful gateway once we were able to travel to a green destination and it was perfect in everyway! We stayed for 9 nights but would definitely do just a long weekend here with being so close to the airport and all facilities to hand!

I was able to reach out to the staff after booking on a third party website and they responded almost immediately. I had questions following the day of booking and prior to arrival and the staff was always kind and very quick to respond. Lupe assisted us when we first arrived. We arrived at 730 am (way before check in). She allowed us to store our luggage in the secure area and then gave us info for traveling as far as taxis, attractions, and restaurants while we waited for check in. On day two of our stay we were at the mall and I called back to the hotel for help with renting a car. Lupe called and was even able to assist us while we were away at the mall. Lupe was very helpful and truly a gem to the hotel. Sorry we didnt get to say goodbye to her as she was off.

Enrique was absolutely fabulous!!! He was always so pleasant and helpful. He gave us tips and ideas regarding places to go and things to do in the area. We had talks about the island, culture, food, music, people, vacation, etc. he is so knowledgeable about it all. Enrique was always attentive with us in the dining room and made everyone in the dining room feel like we were all special guests during breakfast and dinner. He always knew our drinks and had them ready for us! He has a charming personality, very accommodating, the epitome of hospitality, and is definitely an asset to the hotel! We were sorry he was off on Monday because we didn’t get to say goodbye.

I didn’t have as much interaction with Alma as I did with Lupe and Enrique but she was very helpful and friendly too! I watched how she was able to work a busy front area of 5 different groups of people with so much class and professionalism. Everyone was in need of something.. even I was afraid we would be late and miss our flight however, she assured us that she called the taxi and it would arrive shortly. Alma was able to assure everyone that was nervous and in a rush. She is the epitome of professionalism and patience!

The hotel was very modern. The hot tub, sauna, and gym area were awesome. They were clean and there was enough space for quite a few people to enjoy the area at once. The rooms were clean and the layout left plenty of room for luggage and shopping without feeling cluttered. The breakfast layout was AMAZING and lady who cooked the eggs (sorry I didn’t get her name) was AWESOME!!! She could work that grill to everyones (she was getting maybe 5-6 orders at once) satisfaction and maintain the most pleasant attitude! The television had English channels that were more than the typical news stations I am used to when traveling. The wifi was awesome! Everything was clean and comfortable.

I give BQ Aguamarina Boutique Hotel the highest rating as everything was excellent! I plan to return and I have also begun sharing the link with my colleagues and friends!

Thank you for being awesome and helping us to have an outstanding experience!
