Stayed 3 nights for walking. A lovingly restored village mansion, close the main square (well, everything is!), very quiet and peaceful. Elegant and quite sophisticated - nice modern art, candles, white walls, pretty garden where you can have breakfast when weather is good, nice pool with lovely views over the valley. Staff are efficient and responsive. Breakfast pretty nice, although... More

I stayed here briefly for one night on a business trip. From brief first impressions I found this a charming little hotel. Striking decor, clean and full of character. The room I stayed in was lovely, not too cluttered, clean cut with a hint of minimalism and the ensuite was perfect, lovely shower & if you felt inclined a nice... More

Beautiful building in fabulous hill top village but very expensive for the quality of accommodation. There was no welcome info and no explanation on arrival of the facilities - hence we only found the higher section of the garden on our 3rd day. Room was basic and the daily clean was very lightweight. Some tea or coffee making facilities in... More

We stayed here for the first half of a trip to Majorca in July as part of my husband's 50th and wished we'd spent the while time in one location -this one! The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and extremely kind in upgrading us to the Penthouse. It was spectacular and the views just beautiful both from the room... More

I adored staying here. My mother and I went out for a couple of days to chill and explore the island. Fornalutx is a charming little town and Can Verdera is the best place to stay. Room was very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Service exceptional, Anna (hotel manager) was so kind to give us advice about different beaches and places... More

The hotel and staff made our stay nearly perfect. The hotel is artistically designed inside and outside. The gardens are exquisite with four terraced levels (courtyard level, swimming pool level, spa level, and mountain view upper terrace level) with views of the mountains. Everything is to a high quality, staff are very welcoming and friendly.

lovely village setting, smart hotel, exceptional staff! We spent a July week here, in a lovely large double room with terrace, and had an excellent holiday. Anna's staff team went out of their way to help us with tips of places to visit, walking routes, train times to Soller etc. We are delighted to recommend, and hope to return

It's beyond me how this hotel is four out of four in this village. The others must be great. Admittedly we did stay in the penthouse so had an amazing room. The staff were lovely and I would certainly stay again. Nice brekkie too and so central. Lovely restaurants in the village too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in beautiful Fornalutx, a small village in the hills above Soller. This small hotel is down a cobbled street, with a nice pool and large terrace at the back (you can ring for drinks from the bar) with fabulous views and lovely gardens with orange and lemon trees. The bedroom was comfortable, if... More

Small, boutique Hotel, beautifully furnished and has only about 11 rooms. We had a garden room with a small private terrace, large, contemporary and bright with large bathroom and jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Atmosphere and and amenities are all made to make you relax and unwind. We had a few personal problems during our stay and the staff... More
